    Nozzles for Abrasive Blasting Guns

    Components of a Suction Feed

    Abrasive Blaster

Pair these nozzles pair with abrasive blasting guns that have a suction feed, also called siphon guns. Since they take the full force of the blast stream, they wear quickly so your gun doesn’t. Choose a material that’s more durable than your blasting media.
To install nozzles without threads, push them firmly into the gun.
Carbide—Enough durability for any blasting media, including aggressive ones, such as Black Beauty grit, steel shot, and aluminum oxide grit.
Boron Carbide—The most durable nozzles we offer. They last five times longer than carbide nozzles, even when used with aggressive blasting media, such as aluminum oxide and silicon carbide grit.
Hourglass Bore—The bore accelerates media through these nozzles for a high-speed spray that can quickly strip even stubborn coatings, rust, and scale.
Focused Airflow Pattern—Ideal for touch-ups and small areas when you don’t want to waste media or damage nearby surfaces. These nozzles blast media in a tight, concentrated stream.

Blast for hours instead of minutes without ear protection while staying within OSHA noise limits. These nozzles cut sound at the source by controlling airflow as it exits. They’re up to 17 dB quieter than standard nozzles—the difference between the roar of a jet engine and the drone of a lawnmower. They have a carbide inner liner that holds up to the intense abrasion of high-speed media to maintain their bore size as long as possible. A plastic jacket shields the liner from bumps, drops, and abrasive rebound. You’ll need nozzle couplings (sold separately) to mount them to your blasting hose.
Full Cone Airflow Pattern—The quickest way to blast a large area. These nozzles create a round spray that’s larger than focused nozzles for more coverage.

With a carbide or SiAlON ceramic inner liner, these nozzles hold up to the intense abrasion of blasters that use a pressure feed. A tough outer jacket shields the liner from bumps, drops, and abrasive rebound. You’ll need nozzle couplings (sold separately) to mount them to your blasting hose.
Full Cone Airflow Pattern—The quickest way to blast a large area. These nozzles create a round spray that’s larger than focused nozzles for more coverage.
Focused Airflow Pattern—Ideal for touch-ups and small areas when you don’t want to waste media or damage nearby surfaces. These nozzles blast media in a tight, concentrated stream.
45° Airflow Pattern—Blast directly inside pipes, between machinery, and into other tight spaces you can’t hit straight on. These nozzles direct media spray through a side opening instead of the tip, sending it out at an angle so you don’t have to rely on ricochet.
Wide Airflow Pattern—Sweep over large areas without creating hot spots. These nozzles form a broad, flat media spray that stays even across its whole width.
Carbide—Enough durability for any blasting media, including aggressive ones, such as Black Beauty grit, steel shot, and aluminum oxide grit.
Hourglass Bore—The bore accelerates media through these nozzles for a high-speed spray that can quickly strip even stubborn coatings, rust, and scale.
