EMI Filtering IEC Connectors with Power Switch
With a built-in switch, these connectors run power to appliances, power supplies, and other electronic devices while also filtering damaging EMI (electromagnetic interference). Instead of hardwiring your devices, add these connectors and plug in a standard IEC power cord. Wire these connectors using the quick-disconnect terminals; they slide together with matching terminals on your wiring for a secure hold that's also easy to pull apart to make repairs. The terminals are on the back of the connector, so the wiring stays inside your device. For the best EMI filtering performance, choose a connector with a current rating at or slightly above your device's current requirements.
Rated IP40, these connectors prevent objects larger than a 1 mm-wd. wire from touching internal components and accidentally shocking you. With Class I shock protection, they’re insulated and have a protective ground. Some have a fuse drawer to hold a fuse, which prevents short circuits and circuit overloads from damaging your device. The fuses are sold separately.
These connectors meet UL 94 V-0, which means they self-extinguish within 10 seconds if they catch fire, and won’t spread the fire by dripping. They’re also UL and C-UL recognized components, ENEC marked, and CSA certified, so they meet stringent safety standards.
Screw-on connectors mount to housings of any thickness, as long as you can drill mounting holes into them.
Shielded connectors protect against interference from nearby equipment.

Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Because they tightly thread to M12 connections, these connectors won’t let contaminants in or come loose from vibration in rugged industrial environments and automated systems as they send power and signal or just power to your equipment. Their poles and keyways adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance you’ll mismatch connectors.
A- and C-coded connectors send both power and signal, while K-, L-, S-, and T-coded connectors only send power. K- and L-coded connectors have a ground pole that sticks out longer than the rest of their poles. It’s the first to connect and last to disconnect, which helps prevent equipment damage in case of voltage spikes or a broken connection. These connectors also have a high current rating. Use L-coded connectors with DC devices and to power IO Link modules. S-coded connectors work with AC devices and are often used on frequency converters, robotics, and relays. T-coded connectors work with DC devices and are often used on passive distribution boxes and to power IO Link modules.
Receptacles thread into panels and walls, making them best for stationary or permanent installations such as control panels.
Connectors with polyurethane or TPE insulation resist chemicals and UV rays. Because they stand up to bending, they’re good for jobs with continuous motion. Polyurethane also resists oil and is halogen free, which can corrode metal and is dangerous to inhale.
When mated, all connectors are IP rated to seal out dust. IP65 connectors can be lightly rinsed. IP67 and IP68 rated connectors can withstand brief submersion. Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Note: Sockets and female receptacles may have extra holes on their face that are not used.

Outlet Strips with Remote Switch

The power switch to these outlet strips is on an extension cord, so you can control power even when the strips are in hard to reach places, such as under a desk. A circuit breaker prevents damage from current overload and short circuits. Surge suppression protects devices from voltage spikes. The surge rating indicates how much energy the outlet strip can absorb before it needs to be replaced.
90° elbow plugs fit flush against a wall outlet, so they fit behind machinery or in areas where space is tight.
