Trolleys for Powered Overhead Beam Conveyors
Use with conveying chain to automatically move these trolleys along the beam. The two-bolt bottom connection keeps the trolleys from loosening during use.

Prevent excess wear on the track and trolley—only the wheels of these push trolleys come in contact with the beam. Trolleys can be installed anywhere along the beam.

Track for Overhead Enclosed-Track Conveyors
Track provides the runway for trolleys, carriers, and chain in manual and powered systems. The enclosed track protects trolleys and chain from contamination and damage. Install at least one support bracket (sold separately) every 5 feet.

Brackets for Overhead Enclosed-Track Conveyors
Use brackets to hang and join sections of enclosed track. They have a hole in the top for hanging from threaded rod.
Support bracket holds track in place with nuts (not included) on threaded rod.
Joint bracket connects two sections of track when tightened with the included bolts.

Carry loads along a track with this series of smooth rolling alternating vertical and horizontal wheels. Use a carrier to attach your load to the chain. Vertical wheel axles spaced every 8" serve as attachment points for carriers. Note: Capacity listed is per attachment point.
