A dolly with casters makes it easy to move these parts washers around your facility. Turn on the pump, and solution will flow to the flexible metal spigot and polyethylene hose with flow-through brush. Washers have a filter that removes large particles to keep the solution cleaner longer and a heater to increase the cleaning power. A fusible link closes the cover in the event of a fire.

Remove paint, grease, dirt, and other contaminants without damaging surfaces or releasing harmful abrasive media into the surrounding air. These blasters use dry ice pellets, which vanish on impact to reduce cleanup and keep work areas clean. Compared to other blasters that reduce clean up, such as spot and bristle blasters, they include a nozzle with a wide airflow pattern to sweep over large surfaces. Dry ice pellets are nonabrasive and remove contaminants without etching or scratching the underlying surface. However, they’re less effective on heavy coatings, corrosion, or scale than abrasive media. They can lightly texture soft materials but won’t texture metals. An integrated pelletizer converts liquid CO₂ into dry ice pellets, so you don’t need to buy pellets that will evaporate on your shelf. Liquid CO₂ is shelf stable and the gas you don’t use for blasting can be stored for future use. A built-in heat exchanger cools the CO₂ before pelletizing to increase pellet output from each tank. A display shows air pressure, operating time, and service life.
