    U-Shape

Confidently shape pipe and conduit with these levels. With vials at 30°, 45°, 90° and other angles, you can make sure your bends are consistent as you create them, instead of needing to check afterwards. All are magnetic, so they'll stay attached as you bend and make adjustments.
Straight—Straight levels have four vials to measure 30°, 45°, or 90° angles. A thumb screw secures these levels to the end of your pipe or conduit, so you can make sure the bends you create are level.
Triangle—Triangular levels have two vials to measure 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles.
U-Shape—U-shaped levels have one vial and several machined edges to measure 0°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles.

    Multi-Axis Levels

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Levels. Multi-Axis Levels.
Simultaneously check if a surface is level horizontally and vertically, as well as front-to-back. Use one of the three main vials on these levels to determine if your surface is completely flat, upright, or at a 45° angle. Plug in the fourth vial to level two axes at the same time. Use them to level cross-sections of pipe, frames, and other three-dimensional parts.
Rest them on flat surfaces or fit the side with the V-shaped indentation around pipes and curved shafts.
Pitch-Measuring Levels—Level and determine pitch with one tool. The horizontal vial has incremental marks that indicate the incline of surfaces such as drainage pipes, conveyor chutes, and roofs.

    Levels for Tight Spaces

Image of Product. Front orientation. Levels. Levels for Tight Spaces.
Squeeze these levels into places a standard level would never fit. Their short length and tapered ends make them ideal when you're leveling small parts or working in tight corners. Also known as torpedo levels, they're commonly used by plumbers leveling drains under sinks or by electricians installing components behind electrical panels. Rest them on flat surfaces or fit the side with the V-shaped indentation around pipes and curved shafts.
Magnetic—Stick to metal surfaces for hands-free leveling.
Angle Measuring—Measure precise angles while leveling without switching tools. To find the angle of your surface, rotate the angle indicator vial until the bubble is level.
Pitch Measuring—Level and determine pitch with one tool. The horizontal vial has incremental marks that indicate the incline of surfaces such as drainage pipes, conveyor chutes, and roofs.
Plastic Housing—While not as durable as aluminum levels, these are a lightweight and economical option.

    Heavy Duty Levels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Levels. Heavy Duty Levels.
These sturdy levels last longer than typical levels, even if you use them frequently. With four solid sides that form a box shape, they stay flat on surfaces without wobbling and won’t twist or deform over time. The aluminum housing and durable plastic vial won't crack if you step on them or drop them off a ladder or tool tray.
Magnetic—Stick to metal surfaces for hands-free leveling.

    Digital Levels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Levels. Digital Levels.
Pick these digital levels for repeat leveling tasks and tired eyes. With a digital display for clear reading and an audio alert that sounds when your surface is perfectly level horizontally or vertically, you can quickly align a workpiece before moving on to the next surface. The false zero setting lets you set any position as a reference point when you need to replicate angles on multiple surfaces. You can also view the angle, pitch, or slope of a surface without a separate tool. Use the horizontal and vertical bubble vials on these levels to recalibrate the sensor if needed and as a backup option if your level runs out of battery.

    Triangle

Level horizontal surfaces in two directions at the same time with the highest degree of accuracy. The highly sensitive glass vials on these levels sit perpendicular to one another – place them on the corner of platforms and surface plates to check if they’re tilting sideways, forwards, or backwards.
Levels with Calibration Certificate—When precision readings are required for quality control or by regulation, use a level that includes a calibration certificate traceable to NIST. The certificate states that the level has passed a test for accuracy, so you can be confident your readings are correct and consistent.
Cast Iron Base—Heavy cast iron keeps your level stable on surfaces and won't contract or expand in extreme temperatures.
Granite Base—Granite chips off instead of denting or deforming when dropped. It also won’t corrode in wet environments like cast iron or steel, so the base always stays accurate.
Starrett—These levels are machined in the U.S. by Starrett, one of the most trusted names in precision measuring tools.

    Digital Precision Levels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Levels. Digital Precision Levels.
You won’t need to choose between precision or convenience with these levels. Their highly sensitive sensor accurately determines level, even when placed on vibrating machinery and equipment. Clearly read the high-contrast display in any lighting conditions – no need to squint to read vials. They stabilize in five seconds after you position them, so you can quickly check the alignment of one part and move on to the next item. You can also view the angle and slope of a surface without a separate tool. When you need to use these levels under machines or in tight spaces between parts, connect them to your smart device via Bluetooth. The free app lets multiple users view readings remotely.
In addition, the V-shaped indentation on the base means you can rest them on flat and curved surfaces alike. These levels also have a false zero setting lets you set any position as a reference point when you need to replicate angles on multiple surfaces.

    Low-Light Levels for Tight Spaces

Image of Product. Front orientation. Levels. Low-Light Levels for Tight Spaces.
Level surfaces inside machinery, behind equipment, or anywhere too cramped for light to reach. The vials on these levels illuminate for clear reading without a flashlight. Also known as torpedo levels, their compact size and tapered ends make them ideal when you're leveling short surfaces or working in tight corners. Rest these levels on flat surfaces or fit the side with the V-shaped indentation around pipes and curved shafts.
Levels with Glow-In-The-Dark Vials—Expose these vials to ambient light to charge them and they'll stay visible in dark areas, no batteries needed.
Pitch-Measuring Levels with LED Vials—Use the incremental marks on the horizontal vial to find the incline of surfaces while you level. LED lights illuminate one vial at a time, so you can read it clearly without the other lights creating glare.

    Precision Levels

A favorite among machinists setting up and inspecting lathes and other CNC machines. These levels include a highly sensitive vial made from ground glass for a precise shape and clear view. Their heavy cast iron base keeps them stable on surfaces, so they can detect even miniscule tilts and misalignments that a standard level can’t. The bottom of their base also has a V-shaped indentation, so you can rest them on flat and curved surfaces alike.
Levels with Calibration Certificate—When precision readings are required for quality control or by regulation, use a level that includes a calibration certificate traceable to NIST. The certificate states that the level has passed a test for accuracy, so you can be confident your readings are correct and consistent.
