Sharper than silicon carbide and harder than ceramic alumina, the diamond abrasive on these sheets is ideal for sanding concrete, fiberglass, and other tough materials. Nylon Mesh Cushioned Quick-Change Sanding
Discs for Masonry, Ceramics, and Composites
When you need to achieve a more consistent finish, choose nylon mesh sanding discs over paper- or cloth-backed discs. The mesh flexes to compensate for uneven sanding pressure as you sand. It's embedded with silicon carbide, which is sharp enough to cut through hard nonmetals such as masonry, ceramics, and composites. It costs less than diamond but will not last as long. The very fine grade is good for light scratch removal, finishing, and polishing. A special fastener on the back of these discs allows you to easily swap one disc for another. Choose the fastener style that matches your tool or backup pad.

Adhesive-Back Sanding Discs for Masonry, Ceramics, and Composites
Coated with diamond grit, use these discs for sanding hard nonmetals. Diamond's exceptional hardness makes it the best choice for sanding masonry, ceramics, and composites. It lasts longer than silicon carbide and has excellent heat dissipation, preventing material buildup. These discs have a pattern of widely spaced abrasive grains that prevents dust and debris from building up on the abrasive surface.
Press onto a compatible sanding tool or backup pad (sold separately); peel off to remove. Also known as PSA discs. To maintain strong adhesion, clean the pad surface with mild alcohol before applying. Do not use aggressive cleaning solvents such as MEK or acetone, which can damage the adhesive.

Their diamond abrasive is the hardest and most durable we offer—it's sharp like silicon carbide and tough like ceramic alumina. That makes them a good choice for shaping and smoothing a variety of surfaces from concrete blocks and fiberglass panels to ceramic tiles and graphite molds. The special shapes of these wheels provide more clearance than typical straight wheels.
5SG blue wheels are for heavy material removal. They are ceramic aluminum oxide, which lasts up to five times as long as 32A wheels.
Caution: Use only accessories that have a greater rpm rating than the maximum speed of the grinder you choose.
