Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges

A liquid-filled dial reduces needle flutter for precise readings in high-vibration applications. Gauges are commonly used with pumps, filters, regulators, and in process lines to measure and display pressure. Mount them with the dial face upright.
Gauges with 304 stainless steel case and ABS plastic case have better corrosion resistance than gauges with brass case.

Read pressure directly at the source and send data remotely with one device. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the pressure range and output signal of the transmitter. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
To change settings and receive error messages remotely from your PLC or computer, program one of the outputs to use IO Link. You need an IO-Link controller (not included) to connect to your interface.
All have an M12 plug to connect to M12 sockets. When using the analog current output they require two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. These transmitters can also connect using three wires to send an analog voltage output—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire that sends a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply. View switch wiring diagrams by selecting a part number and clicking Product Detail.
All transmitters are rated IP67 for protection from temporary submersion. UL and C-UL listed as well as CE marked, they meet strict American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

Remotely track your system's pressure readings from the convenience of a smartphone or tablet. Good for preventative maintenance and route-based monitoring, these battery-powered transmitters use Bluetooth to alert you when equipment requires your attention. Install the app on your device, set your parameters, and monitor pressure from up to 300 ft. away. Transmitters let you choose how often you’d like to receive the data. Connect them directly to your equipment with the threaded stem.
For the most precise readings, choose a transmitter that can read above your system’s maximum pressure while still remaining close to it. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Rated IP65, they're dust tight and are protected against washdowns.
Turn your transmitter into a portable system by adding a quick coupling (not included). Good for on-the-go monitoring, this lets you make fast, temporary connections to equipment in different locations.

The diaphragm on these transmitters mounts flush with your system’s connection, leaving no room for thick liquids to clog or harden. They’re often used to monitor pressure in wastewater, paint, and adhesive-dispensing applications. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
All are rated IP67 and IP69K, so they'll withstand temporary submersion as well as high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. CE marked, they meet European safety standards.

Measure the difference in pressure between two process lines without needing to program your receiving device to correct for errors. These transmitters automatically compensate for errors caused by vibration and temperature changes. Use the keypad to set the pressure range, choose the unit of measure, and zero the transmitter. These transmitters convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. They're often used to indicate a filter is clogged or to maintain a certain pressure in HVAC systems, heat exchangers, chillers, and pumps. All transmitters meet IP66 and NEMA 4X for use in washdown and corrosive environments and have a hastelloy diaphragm to resist harsh chemicals.
Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. These transmitters connect using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. They can also be configured using three or four wires.

Safe for use in environments where flammable gases and vapors are present, these transmitters measure the difference in pressure between two process lines without needing to program your receiving device to correct for errors. They meet NEC safety standards for protection against an explosion. These transmitters automatically compensate for errors caused by vibration and temperature changes. Set the pressure range with the keypad, select the unit of measure, and zero the transmitter. They convert differential pressure into an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor speed controls, to monitor pressure or control equipment. You’ll often see them used to indicate a clogged filter or help maintain a certain pressure in heat exchangers, chillers, HVAC systems, and pumps. Rated IP66 and NEMA 4X, they protect against dirt, dust, corrosion, weather, and washdowns, and the hastelloy connection protects against harsh chemicals.
Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Most often, these transmitters connect using two wires. The same wire that sends a signal to the receiver also powers the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. Three- and four-wire configurations are also possible.

Pressure Test Fittings

Check pressure without permanently installing a gauge. Fittings have an NPT male connection for installation in your pipe or tank. Wrench-tighten the fitting onto your equipment, then insert the gauge adapter (sold separately) into the fitting. Connect gauge adapters to gauges with 1/4 pipe size NPT male threads.
