Also known as non-woven or surface-conditioning discs, they resist clogging and flex to compensate for uneven sanding pressure. They’re good for everything from heavy rust removal and deburring to blending and paint prep. The hook-and-loop backing lets you switch grits without waste, unlike adhesive-backed discs. Pair them with a compatible sanding tool or backup pad.
