Style A	Style B

Style C	Push-Button Switches

As chips fly and coolant splashes, these lights shine bright in tough machining conditions. Use them to light up your CNC machine for everything from tool swaps to tune-ups. A thick, tempered glass lens shields them from damage. Rated IP67, these lights are also sealed for protection against dust and temporary submersion, so they’ll hold up in wet and dirty environments.

Linkable—Linkable lights require a cord (sold separately) to connect multiple lights.

Push-Button Switch—Lights with a push-button switch don’t require a separate switch or wiring—turn the light on and off directly at the fixture.

Style A—Style A are the most common. They include mounting brackets that pivot to aim light where you need it.

Style B—Style B have a thin, flat profile—no thicker than a slice of bread—to fit into the tightest spaces. Use the through holes to mount them directly to your machine’s surface.

Style C—Style C include hardware for both magnetic and permanent mounting. When mounted, they pivot to either side to aim light where needed.

3 Poles—Lights with a 3-pole plug require a cord (sold separately) to connect to your power supply.

M12 Connection—M12 plugs are compatible with sockets that have 3 or 4 poles.

Hardwire—Hardwire lights can be hardwired to your power supply.

IP69K Enclosure Rating—IP69K rated lights withstand high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns.

Rocker Switches—If you’d rather place a switch in a different spot, add a rocker switch (sold separately).

Easy-Retrofit Machine Lights


Style A	Style B

Update conventional fluorescent tubular lights with newer LED technology. These lights match the diameter of most older lights and fit existing brackets without the need to drill new mounting holes. They have a durable lens that resists coolants, lubricants, and impact from chips and shavings. All are rated IP67 for protection against dust and temporary submersion, so these lights can handle your wettest environments.

Style A—Style A have a traditional tubular design that distributes light more evenly than Style B. Plug them into a standard outlet and use the switch built into the cord to turn them on and off.

Style B—Style B have a flat lens that directs light downward. Hardwire them to your power supply. They come with mounting brackets at each end.

Clip-On Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) clip anywhere along the light, so you can position them where it makes sense for your machine.

Bend these lights to shine a spotlight right where you need it for drilling, cutting, and more. Also known as gooseneck-arm lights, these lights snake around obstructions and reach into tight spaces where lights with an articulating arm can’t. They’re not your typical desk light—these lights are built from top to bottom to handle the tough conditions near your machine. The head and arm are aluminum, so they stay strong against flying debris and resist corrosion. The arm will stay in position, even under vibration. The lens is made of heat- and chemical-resistant glass that’s sealed to keep out fluids, chips, and shavings.

Plug In—Lights with a plug connect to a standard wall outlet.

IP65 Enclosure Rating—IP65 rated lights are dust tight and protect against low-pressure washdowns.

Compact Strip Machine Lights

Style C	Style D

With a slimmer profile than other strip machine lights, these lights fit in tight spots inside machinery because they don’t have a circuit board. They’re often used to light up tool changeovers and other maintenance tasks in cramped machines. The LEDs are sealed in plastic to withstand impact and block out fluid, dust, and debris. IP67 rated, these lights are watertight against temporary submersion, so they can handle your wettest environments. These lights highlight white and blue tones, making them good for inspecting.

Linkable—Linkable lights come with a connecting cable to join multiple lights together. To link lights, remove the wire leads from another light to expose the connecting pins, then plug it into the connecting cable.

Style A—Style A are the thinnest and narrowest option. They’re magnetic for quick installation.

Style B—Style B have a mounting strip. Tap mounting holes anywhere along the strip’s channel and fasten with screws (not included).

Style C—Style C have two drilled mounting holes in the center. Use screws (not included) for installation. Those that produce 900 lumens must be mounted to a metal surface for proper cooling.

Style D—Style D have an adjustable mounting bracket that rotates 180°, so you can direct the light where it’s needed. Loosen the fasteners at each end to change its angle.

Stretch the arm across large machines to bring these lights directly over your workpiece. Also known as articulating arm lights, these lights have rigid sections that hold their position—even when fully extended or exposed to vibration. They’re built from top to bottom to handle the tough conditions near your machine. The head and arm are aluminum, so they stay strong against flying debris and resist corrosion. Their lens is made of heat- and chemical-resistant glass that’s sealed to keep out fluids, chips, and shavings. Dim these lights by pressing down the push button. The longer you press, the dimmer they get.

Style A—Style A have knobs to lock the head adjustment in place.

Plug In—Lights with a plug connect to a standard wall outlet.

Magnetic Base

Direct a beam of light without obstructing machine parts. These lights have a compact head that pivots to aim light just where you need it. Mount them in and around machines—their lens is made of heat- and chemical-resistant glass that’s sealed to keep out fluids, chips, and shavings.

The narrower the beam, the more intense the light. A 10° angle concentrates the beam, so it’s best for inspecting fine details. A 40° angle spreads light across a wider area for general visibility in machines.

Style A—Style A can be dimmed by pressing down the push button. The longer you press, the dimmer they get. They have a knob to lock the head angle in place.

Style B—Style B can be dimmed by pressing down the push button. The longer you press, the dimmer they get.

Plug In—Lights with a plug connect to a standard wall outlet.

Explosion-Proof Tubular Machine Lights

Illuminate machines and monitor processes where flammable and combustible gases, dust, or fibers are present—from paint spray booths to chemical plants. These lights have an enclosure that contains sparks, flashes, and explosions. They're rated for use in NEC Class I, II, and III, Division 1 hazardous locations. They have a T6 (185° F) temperature classification, which certifies their surface stays cool enough to avoid igniting flammable material. Rated IP67, they're also sealed against dust and temporary submersion.

Hardwire to the terminal strips inside the junction box at the end of the light. They're factory sealed, so no additional sealing is required. The included mounting bracket swivels to aim light where you need it.

Rocker Switch

Connect these lights to your machine’s power supply to brighten work areas during setup or maintenance. Use them with brake presses, extruders, and other machines that don’t produce fluid or chips.

Linkable—Linkable lights can be joined together with a cord (sold separately). If you add a rocker switch, it will control all linked lights.

Style A—Style A are brighter and have a wider beam angle than Style B, so they illuminate a larger area. Their polycarbonate lens resists impacts. They require a cord (sold separately) to connect to your 24V DC power supply. Their M12 plug is compatible with sockets that have 3 or 4 poles. Add a magnetic mounting bracket for quick installation on metal surfaces. If your machine can’t switch lights on, add a rocker switch.

Style B—Style B have a slimmer profile than Style A to fit in tight spaces. They have an acrylic lens, which resists scratches better than polycarbonate lenses. All include a cord to connect to your power supply. Those with a rocker switch let you turn lights on and off without installing a separate switch or wiring to a control panel.

Illuminate inline flow sights to inspect the color, clarity, and flow of liquids in food and beverage, brewery, chemical, and pharmaceutical processing lines. A hands-free alternative to flashlights and machine lights, these lights slide in between the sight glass and the external bars on your flow sights. Made of flexible silicone, they create a watertight seal against the sight glass, minimizing the space where bacteria can grow. The lights are also totally enclosed, so they’re protected from high-temperature washdowns and harsh cleaners. USP Class VI certified, these lights meet the highest safety standards of the United States Pharmacopoeia.

With built-in LEDs, these lights last longer, are more efficient, and generate less heat than other light technologies. A neutral light appearance lets you see true colors, which improves the visibility of even dark liquids in dimly lit areas. These lights will not yellow, so the quality of the light will not change. Sanitary Articulating-Arm Machine Lights

Shine light on machinery and through the sight glass on tanks to inspect food, brewery, chemical, pharmaceutical, and bio-tech processing lines. Made of stainless steel, these lights withstand frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. With a sealed lens, rounded edges, and polished surfaces, there aren’t any pits and crevices where bacteria and water can get trapped, so you can leave them mounted to machinery during cleaning. The lens will also stand up to bumps without cracking. Rated IP65 and NEMA 4X, these lights are protected against dust, dirt, corrosion, and light rinses.

Using built-in LEDs, these lights last longer, are more efficient, and generate less heat than other light technologies. Their cool light appearance is good for inspecting, and the 25° beam angle casts a narrow beam of light to maximize brightness on the inspection area. Use the articulating arm to aim light where it’s needed. Compared to gooseneck-arm lights, these lights hold their position better, especially around vibration.

These lights have a mechanical switch that when pushed once, will turn the light on for two minutes. When pushed twice, the light will turn on for 30 minutes. When the switch is pushed and held, the light will turn on until the switch is released.

Color-Changing Strip Machine Lights

Signal machine status with changing colors—green for running, yellow for standby, red for stopped—then switch to a bright white light to illuminate maintenance or tool changes. Using your programmable logic controller (PLC), you can adjust the brightness of these lights and mix red, green, and blue light to achieve thousands of colors. A tempered glass lens protects them from coolants and lubricants, as well as impacts from chips and shavings. All meet IP67 for protection against dust and temporary submersion, so they hold up in wet or dirty environments. They require a cord (sold separately) to connect to your PLC.

IO-Link Communication Protocol—Lights with IO link let you control color, brightness, and flashing patterns when used with IO link-enabled machines.

Puck Machine Lights

No bigger than a roll of tape, these lights fit inside equipment to provide visibility during tool changeovers and maintenance. Their thick glass lens won’t fog from contact with coolant and lubricant and withstands impact from chips and shavings. They’re even rated IP67, so you can trust they’ll seal out debris and fluid. Install them in drilled holes with the included mounting nut.

Connect them to power with the attached Micro M12 plug, or hardwire to wire leads with the included adapter.

Sanitary Lights for Quick-Clamp Fittings

Attach these lights in one of the quick-clamp ports for a clear view of what's inside tanks, filters, and other closed containers used in brewery, pharmaceutical, and food-processing lines. Made with a 316 stainless steel body that is IP65 and NEMA 4X rated, they seal out dirt and dust, and won't corrode from frequent rinsing with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. With rounded edges, polished surfaces, and a fused lens, there aren’t any crevices for water and bacteria to hide in, so you can leave them mounted to machinery during cleaning. The lens doesn’t contain Bisphenol A (BPA), Bisphenol B (BPB), or BPA derivates (BPX), which are chemicals that could contaminate food and beverage applications. These lights also meet ASME BPE, which is a design standard for bioprocessing equipment that helps ensure purity and safety.

You’ll need to make sure your tank has at least two ports, since these lights require their own port. They mount to the port using quick-clamp clamps (not included), while leaving the other port for viewing. Mounting the light this way makes it easy to install and remove for cleaning.

With built-in LEDs, these lights last longer, are more efficient, and generate less heat than other light technologies. Their cool light appearance is good for viewing the contents of stainless steel containers, such as brew kettles and bioreactors. The narrow 25° beam angle concentrates light output through the lens and into the tank. Made of plastic, the lens resists shattering, high temperatures, corrosion, and chemicals. It’s reinforced around the edge with 304 stainless steel, so it won’t chip, crack, and break from the pressure of the quick-clamp fitting. Attach the lens to the body using the included set screws.
