Solenoid On/Off Valves

These solenoid valves operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.

Zero Pressure Drop Valve—Zero pressure drop valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.

Pressure Drop Assisted Valve—Pressure drop assisted valves require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure.

Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Enclosure Rating—All IP- or NEMA-rated valves stand up to dust and washdowns.

To stand up to aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications, these valves have a plastic body and a fluoroelastomer seal. Solenoid On/Off Valves for Drinking Water

Safe for automated on/off control in drinking-water systems, these valves meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.

All valves are fail closed unless actuated. They require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.

Solenoid On/Off Valves with Exhaust Port for Coolant

Often used to control single-acting, spring-return air cylinders, these valves have a third threaded port to exhaust media. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.

These valves are fail closed and exhaust media unless actuated; when actuated, they close the exhaust port and reverse the direction of flow to send media to equipment. Robot-Arm-Mounted Electrically Operated Air On/Off Valves

Control the flow of air to robot tools from your robot's program. Often used with air-powered vacuum lifters, these electrically controlled valves open to supply air to the lifter, generating suction to pick up a part. When these valves close, the suction stops and the part drops. An integrated switch monitors the tool’s vacuum level via analog signals, so you know if a part was successfully picked. A built-in LED display shows the vacuum status and lets you change vacuum setpoints.

These valves come with everything you need for quick installation. Use the hook and loop straps to mount them to your robot arm, then plug the electrical cord into the M8 connection at the end of the arm. Connect your compressed air line to the inlet. Last, run tubing from the valve to your robot tool.

Rapid Part Release—Valves with rapid part release can send a burst of air to push a part off your vacuum lifter, so you don’t have to wait for it to drop. They’re often used for pick-and-place applications requiring high speed and precision.

Often used to control single-acting, spring-return air cylinders, these valves have a third threaded port to exhaust media. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.

Often used to control single-acting, spring-return air cylinders, these valves have a third threaded port to exhaust media. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
