    Less than half the size of our other compact valves, these have small pipe connections for miniature lines. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    Valves are fail closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. Body is 430 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.

    Add automated on/off control to food equipment with these valves that meet NSF/ANSI 169, which designates them as safe to use with food. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    These valves are fail closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. Body is stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
    303 Stainless Steel Body—303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than 430 stainless steel valves.

    Solenoid On/Off Valves for Chemicals

    To stand up to aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications, these valves have a plastic body and a fluoroelastomer seal. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. Valves have union fittings on each end that separate into multiple pieces for easy installation and removal from your pipeline. They come with both threaded NPT fittings and unthreaded socket-connect female fittings.
    All are fail closed unless actuated. Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. Valves meet NEMA 4 for resistance to washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.

    High-Pressure Compact Solenoid On/Off Valves

    Control flow in high-pressure lines in tight spots—these valves have the highest pressure ratings of our compact valves. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. Made of 430 stainless steel, the body has good corrosion resistance. The enclosure of these valves meets NEMA 4X for resistance to washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust. The solenoid coil is a UL and C-UL Recognized Component and meets both American and Canadian safety standards.
    Valves are fail closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.

    Reduce your pipeline footprint with these low-profile valves that are about half the size of standard valves for coolant. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    Valves are fail closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
    Brass Body—Brass valves are more durable than acetal valves.
    303 Stainless Steel Body—303 stainless steel valves are more durable than acetal valves. They are more corrosion resistant than brass valves.
    IP65 Enclosure Rating—IP65 valves resist low-pressure jets of water and dust.
    IP67 Enclosure Rating—IP67 valves are dust tight and protected from temporary submersion.
    NEMA 4X Enclosure Rating—NEMA 4X valves resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.

    To fit in tight spots, these valves have a slimmer body than standard valves with an exhaust port. Often used to control single-acting, spring-return air cylinders, they have a third threaded port to exhaust media. Valves operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
    430 Stainless Steel Body—430 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than brass valves.
    Fail-Closed Valve—Fail closed valves exhaust media unless actuated; when actuated, they close the exhaust port and reverse the direction of flow to send media to equipment.
    Fail-Open Valve—Fail open valves send media to equipment unless actuated; when actuated, they open the exhaust port and reverse the direction of flow to exhaust media.
    NEMA 4X Enclosure Rating—NEMA 4X valves resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.

    Control the flow of air to robot tools from your robot's program. Often used with air-powered vacuum lifters, these electrically controlled valves open to supply air to the lifter, generating suction to pick up a part. When these valves close, the suction stops and the part drops. An integrated switch monitors the tool’s vacuum level via analog signals, so you know if a part was successfully picked. A built-in LED display shows the vacuum status and lets you change vacuum setpoints.
    These valves come with everything you need for quick installation. Use the hook and loop straps to mount them to your robot arm, then plug the electrical cord into the M8 connection at the end of the arm. Connect your compressed air line to the inlet. Last, run tubing from the valve to your robot tool.
    Rapid Part Release—Valves with rapid part release can send a burst of air to push a part off your vacuum lifter, so you don’t have to wait for it to drop. They’re often used for pick-and-place applications requiring high speed and precision.

    Anti-Water-Hammer Solenoid On/Off Valves

    Avoid pressure surges and system shocks that can damage piping by installing these valves that open and close slowly. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. All are fail closed unless actuated. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. Rated NEMA 4X, they resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.
    These valves are pressure drop assisted, so they require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation. The upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure.
    With Manual Override—Valves with a manual override can be operated during power outages.
    Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

    Often used to control single-acting, spring-return air cylinders, these valves have a third threaded port to exhaust media. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    Valves require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. Valves' enclosures meet NEMA 4X for resistance to washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.
    Fail-Closed Valve—Fail closed valves exhaust media unless actuated; when actuated, they close the exhaust port and reverse the direction of flow to send media to equipment.
    Fail-Open Valve—Fail open valves send media to equipment unless actuated; when actuated, they open the exhaust port and reverse the direction of flow to exhaust media.
