    Air-Operated Air On/Off Valves

    Also known as blocking valves, these valves are activated by an air signal to turn equipment on and off. They allow airflow when an air signal is applied to the air pilot. When the air supply is removed, the valve closes, trapping air in the system.

    High-Flow Air-Driven On/Off Valves

    Also known as actuated ball valves, these provide higher flow rates than other air-driven valves. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow faster than motor-driven valves. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included).
    Direct Actuator Mount with DIN B Connection—IP65

    Direct-mount actuators are directly attached to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
    IP65 valves resist dust and low-pressure jets of water.
    316 Stainless Steel Body—316 stainless steel valves have excellent corrosion resistance.
    Standard Port—Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
    With Visual Flow Indicator—Valves with a visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator show whether the valve is open or closed.
    Single Acting—Single-acting actuators only require air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. These valves are fail closed unless actuated.
    Double Acting—Double-acting actuators require air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied, so they do not have a valve starting position.
    Zero Pressure Drop Valve—Zero-pressure-drop valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
    Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

    Replacement Pilot Valves

    Easy-Maintenance High-Flow Air-Driven On/Off Valves

    The three-piece bolted body comes apart for access to internal components without unthreading pipe connections and removing the valve from your line. Their ball-valve design allows these valves to achieve higher flow rates than other air-driven valves. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure. Body is 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. All valves have a visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator that shows whether the valve is open or closed.

    Versa-Mount Air-Driven On/Off Valves

    Also known as piston valves, these have a compact, lightweight actuator and an angular body designed for installation in any mounting orientation. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow.     To automatically start and stop flow faster than motor-driven valves, these operate on compressed air. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
    The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages. Valves meet NSF/ANSI 61 for use with drinking water.
    All valves are lug style; their hole pattern matches ANSI flanges of the same pipe size. They can be sandwiched between two flanges, or bolt them directly to a single flange for servicing one end of the pipeline without depressurizing the other side.
    Single Acting—Single-acting actuators only require air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. These valves are fail closed unless actuated.
    Double Acting—Double-acting actuators require air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied, so they do not have a valve starting position.
    Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

    About half the height of our other versa-mount valves, these fit in tight spots. All have a compact, lightweight actuator and an angular body designed for installation in any mounting orientation. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air supply to the valve using either electricity or compressed air. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve (not included) or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
    They have a single-acting actuator that only requires air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. All valves are fail closed unless actuated.     With a PVC body and a fluoroelastomer seal that can withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions, these valves are often used in chemical-processing applications. Their ball-valve design provides higher flow rates than other air-driven valves. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow faster than motor-driven valves. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. They are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
    All have union fittings on each end that separate into multiple pieces for easy installation and removal from your pipeline. Valves come with both threaded NPT fittings and unthreaded socket-connect female fittings.
    The actuator is secured to the valve body with a bracket for easy disassembly, maintenance, and repair. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. All valves meet NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 Standards.

    Also known as diaphragm valves, these have a diaphragm that can handle dirty liquid, slurries, and abrasive media without damage. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve (not included) or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. All meet ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class IV for tight shutoff and have a leakage rate of less than 0.01%.
    All valves have a single-acting actuator that only requires air pressure to actuate the valve; they automatically return to the valve starting position when the air turns off.     Compact Severe-Duty Air-Driven On/Off Valves

    Less than half the height of standard severe-duty valves, these fit in small spaces and low-clearance pipelines. They have a diaphragm that can handle dirty liquid, slurries, and abrasive media without damage. All operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve (not included) or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure.
    All valves have a single-acting actuator that only requires air pressure to actuate the valve; they automatically return to the valve starting position when the air turns off. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
    Fail-Closed Valve—Fail closed valves are closed unless actuated.
    Fail-Open Valve—Fail open valves are open unless actuated.
    Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

    To maintain sanitary standards in food and beverage applications, these valves have sanitary quick-clamp connections and polished internal surfaces for easy cleaning. The three-piece bolted body comes apart for access to internal components without unthreading pipe connections and removing the valve from your line. They have a ball-valve design that provides higher flow rates than other air-driven valves. All operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow faster than motor-driven valves. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves do not require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
    Body is 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.

    Actuator Repair Kits

    Use air pressure to automatically control the flow of liquids in sanitary environments, such as food and beverage processing plants. These valves connect to your liquid line with quick-clamp sanitary fittings, also known as tri-clamp connections, which are easier to remove and sanitize than threaded connections. You’ll need a gasket and clamp to connect them to another quick-clamp fitting (not included). They are also self-draining, so liquids drain completely and don’t pool on actuators or valves. The polished interior is extremely smooth, so there’s nowhere for bacteria to hide. Made of stainless steel, these valves won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners. Their seal is FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
    They are single-acting actuators, which open from the force of compressed air and close with an internal spring. You’ll also need either an electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included) to control the air flowing to the actuator. They open and close faster than motor driven valves and can be operated remotely, so they’re often used in automated liquid lines. Since they are fail closed unless air pressure opens them, these valves will stop the flow if there is a power outage or the air supply is cut. There must be a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for these valves to work, meaning that the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure.

    Use these valves to safely transfer fuel and oil. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow faster than motor-driven valves. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
    The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.
    All valves are lug style; their hole pattern matches ANSI flanges of the same pipe size. They can be sandwiched between two flanges, or bolt them directly to a single flange for servicing one end of the pipeline without depressurizing the other side.
