Without any hardwiring, these actuators give you control over your push-pull motion using either a hand or foot switch. Plug the actuator and the hand or foot switch into the control box (all sold separately). If power fails, actuators hold their loads in position. Both actuator ends must be secured to fixed surfaces for the rod to extend and retract rather than rotate. Twist the extension rod until the clevis holes line up with your mounting holes. Fasten with clevis pins.

Control Panels—Control panels supply power to actuators and switches. They have their own overload protection switch, which prevents damage to the actuator from overheating. If triggered, manually reset the switch after the actuator has cooled.
