Double-Acting Round Body Air Cylinders
Universal Mount

Universal-mount cylinders have mounting threads on both ends. The back end has a pivot bushing, which allows for more mounting options than nose-mount cylinders.
Sensor Ready—Sensor-ready cylinders have a magnetic piston that can activate relays and controllers when used with a sensor (sold separately). When the piston moves past the sensor, the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors—attach one for each action to trigger.
Adjustable Cushion—Cylinders with an adjustable cushion absorb piston impact to minimize wear and noise. Turn the screws to adjust the level of cushioning.

Made to fit the most common mounting footprint, these cylinders have an NFPA (National Fluid Power Association) industry-standard footprint, ensuring easy interchangeability. They have a magnetic piston, so you can use sensors (sold separately) to activate relays and controllers.
Connect mounts to an air cylinder to create linear, pivot, or arc movements. Mounts are compatible with NFPA tie rod air cylinders.

Sensor Ready—Sensor-ready cylinders have a magnetic piston that can trigger one or more sensors (sold separately) to activate relays and controllers.
Adjustable Cushion—Cushioned cylinders have adjustable air cushions that absorb piston impact to minimize wear and noise. Turn the screws at each port to adjust the amount of cushion.

Washdown Round Body Air Cylinders
 |
Able to resist corrosive solutions and chemical environments, these cylinders withstand washdown conditions. They have a round body—the most common style of air cylinder—making them more compact and better suited for tight spaces than cylinders with external tie rods. Since they’re double-acting, they use air to both extend and retract light duty loads at nearly full force in either direction. All are universal mount, so they have threads on both ends. The back end has a pivot bushing, which allows for more mounting options than nose-mount cylinders.
Instead of attaching your round body air cylinder directly to equipment, add a mount to best suit your application.

Adjustable-Stroke-Length Air Slides

Modify the stroke length on these air slides to meet changing application requirements—slides have adjustable shaft collars on the guide rods that you can move to fine-tune the stroke length. Convenient for use with devices such as grippers and printing heads, these air slides have a nonrotating head that provides steady motion and a large mounting area. Air slides have two guide rods parallel to the piston that keep the head from twisting as it extends and retracts.
