    Air-Powered Torque Screwdrivers

    Set torque and the clutch slips when it’s reached, causing the tool to stop turning the fastener. To set torque, turn the adjustment collar or screw and then verify the torque setting with a torque tester.

    High-Precision Air-Powered Torque Screwdrivers

    Air-Powered Screwdrivers

    Connect these tools to your shop air to quickly install and remove fasteners. With fewer moving parts than battery-powered screwdrivers, these are less likely to overheat when used continuously. They also operate at higher speeds than battery-powered screwdrivers, so they're great for production lines and other high-volume jobs when you're on a time crunch.
    Pistol Grip—The angled handle keeps your wrist in a comfortable, natural position, reducing fatigue during lengthy projects.
    Direct Drive—These screwdrivers will spin as long as you press the trigger. They don't have any built-in mechanism for preventing overtightening or limiting torque, so they're best for jobs where speed matters more than precision. You don't have to push on the screw to turn the bit, so they're often used to fasten compressible materials.
    Positive-Clutch Drive—Designed to prevent overtightening, these screwdrivers are best for jobs that require consistent torque, such as electronics. Pull the trigger and push on the screw to start turning the bit. They'll stop automatically when they reach the max torque.
