Machine reliably flat parts for CNC routing tables, assembly jigs, and precision tasks. These sheets are cast to consistent thicknesses and won’t distort as you machine them. Even at whirring speeds, they cut precisely with minimal tool wear.
MIC6 Aluminum—Machines like butter, even better than cast 5083 aluminum. The best for large-scale jobs, MIC6 puts the least amount of strain on your tools. However, it's not as strong, corrosion resistant, or weldable.

High-Strength 2024 Aluminum Bars

Balance high strength and workability. Initially designed for aircraft frames, 2024 aluminum is turned into parts that need to be especially strong, such as couplings for servomotor shafts. It’s one of the most widely used high-strength alloys, made into fasteners, gears, and everything in between. It’s also easier to form and weld than 7075 aluminum, among the strongest aluminum alloys out there.
