    Ultra-Machinable Cast Aluminum Sheets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Aluminum. Ultra-Machinable Cast Aluminum Sheets.
Machine reliably flat parts for CNC routing tables, assembly jigs, and precision tasks. These sheets are cast to consistent thicknesses and won’t distort as you machine them. Even at whirring speeds, they cut precisely with minimal tool wear.
MIC6 Aluminum—Machines like butter, even better than cast 5083 aluminum. The best for large-scale jobs, MIC6 puts the least amount of strain on your tools. However, it's not as strong, corrosion resistant, or weldable.

    High-Strength 2024 Aluminum Bars

Image of Product. Front orientation. Aluminum. High-Strength 2024 Aluminum Bars.
Balance high strength and workability. Initially designed for aircraft frames, 2024 aluminum is turned into parts that need to be especially strong, such as couplings for servomotor shafts. It’s one of the most widely used high-strength alloys, made into fasteners, gears, and everything in between. It’s also easier to form and weld than 7075 aluminum, among the strongest aluminum alloys out there.
Cold Drawn—Formed by a die for close-tolerance widths, then cut to the lengths listed.

    Crack-Resistant 7050 Aluminum Sheets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Aluminum. Crack-Resistant 7050 Aluminum Sheets.
7050 aluminum won't crack when exposed to strain, corrosive chemicals, and heat all at once—also known as stress corrosion. It's so strong and hard that it's often made into airplane bodies and wings. If high yield strength is your only concern, consider 7075 aluminum instead—it's among the strongest aluminum alloys out there.
