High-Strength Toggle Anchors for Drywall

Our highest-strength drywall anchors are strong enough to secure pegboards, grab bars, and sinks. The toggle creates an extremely tight hold and won’t fall behind the wall when your screw is removed, so you can switch out components without losing strength. However, the anchor itself cannot be removed. Unlike traditional toggle bolt anchors, the toggle is pulled tight to the wall with the cap, which also covers the hole.

To install, push the toggle through a drilled hole and pull the anchor back toward you until the toggle rests flush against the wall. Then, slide the cap along the straps up to the wall. Push straps side-to-side, snapping them off so they're level with the cap. Next, position your component over the hole, insert a machine screw, and tighten. The minimum screw length is the wall and component thicknesses plus _1/2".

Thread-Mount Studs for Wood

Also known as hanger bolts, use these studs to hang, mount, and fasten parts to wood structures. Install them with a stud driver, or create wrench flats by threading two nuts onto the stud and jamming them together.

Hoist Rings—For Lifting

180° Pivot

360° Swivel

Designed for angular lifting, hoist rings resist stresses that would bend or break an eyebolt. They have a lifting ring that pivots 180° front to back and a base that swivels 360° to compensate for pitch, roll, and sway when lifting heavy or unbalanced loads. Install the base of the hoist ring flush to the mounting surface and tighten to the recommended torque that is stamped on the ring. Torque wrenches are sold separately.

Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. As the lift angle changes from vertical, the amount of weight the hoist ring can lift is significantly reduced. For example, when lifting a 1,000 lb. load at a 45° angle, you must choose a hoist ring with a capacity of at least 1,400 lbs. Do not use at an angle less than 30°.
