Build-your-own surface guards have a metal core for added strength and stability. Combine corner, edge, and surface guards to protects walls and equipment from impact and wear. Often used in warehouse and manufacturing areas, these protect against damage from carts and vehicles. All of these surface guards have a hard rating to withstand high levels of impact. They're also nonmarking.

Surface Guards—Surface guards need to be drilled and secured with fasteners.

Corner Guards, Cushioned Corner Guards, and Edge Guards—Mount corner and edge guards with fasteners.

Synthetic Rubber—Synthetic rubber surface guards are more impact and abrasion resistant than vinyl plastic guards.

These surface guards are at a 90° angle to protect corners on equipment, walls, and docks from damage caused by carts, vehicles, and other moving objects. All have a hard rating to withstand high levels of impact. They are nonmarring and can be used outdoors.

UV Resistant—UV-resistant surface guards won’t dry out and become brittle when exposed to UV rays.

Screw In—Screw-in surface guards mount with fasteners.

Plain Back—Plain-back surface guards mount with screws after drilling holes. They can also be nailed down.

Plastic—These surface guards resist abrasion and absorb impact over long periods, and they won't degrade when exposed to sunlight.

Polyurethane Foam—Polyurethane foam surface guards are designed to cushion during impact. They have good abrasion resistance. They can be used outdoors.

Vinyl Plastic—These surface guards resist water, acids, bases, and solvents, so you can wash them down and clean them with chemicals.

Adhesive Back—Adhesive-back surface guards allow for easy installation.

Screw In—Screw-in surface guards mount with fasteners.

For Grooved Surfaces—Surface guards for grooved surfaces wrap around edges. They’re often used on vertical rectangular posts.

For Curved Surfaces—Surface guards for curved surfaces protect rounded surfaces such as poles.

Polycarbonate—Polycarbonate surface guards are chemical resistant. They are not for use outdoors.

Polyurethane Foam—Polyurethane foam surface guards are designed to cushion during impact. They have good abrasion resistance. They can be used outdoors.

PVC—PVC surface guards are chemical resistant and can be used outdoors.

Soft—Surface guards with a soft rating offer cushioning.

Hard—Surface guards with a hard rating withstand high levels of impact, so they don't wear out from impact as quickly as softer guards. The harder the surface guard, the more impact it withstands.

Style 1

Metal guards provide more impact protection than plastic guards. They are commonly used in warehouse and manufacturing areas to protect corners on walls and other surfaces from impact.

304 Stainless Steel and 430 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel guards have excellent corrosion resistance. 304 stainless steel is more corrosion resistant than 430 stainless steel.

Adhesive Back—Adhesive-back guards allow for easy installation.

Glue On—Glue-on guards require contact adhesive to adhere to surfaces. Their temperature range depends on the adhesive you use.
