Sanitary Metal Scoops

Move, measure, or dispense bulk materials in sanitary environments, such as food processing and pharmaceutical plants. These scoops meet NSF/ANSI 2, so they comply with strict sanitary design requirements for food equipment.
Styles B-F have continuously welded seams, rounded interiors, and polished surfaces to eliminate crevices where bacteria can grow, reducing the likelihood of a foodborne illness. Made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, these scoops won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. 316 stainless steel scoops are the most corrosion resistant. Style B have an extra-high rim near the handle to prevent materials from falling onto your hand when you tilt them upright. Style D have an ergonomic handle that offers comfort and keeps hands clean while scooping for extended periods of time. Style E have an extra-long handle for scooping from a distance, such as into large or deep containers. Style F have a flat bottom, making them best for scooping materials from flat surfaces.

Nonsparking Metal Scoops

Made of materials that are Factory Mutual approved, these scoops inhibit sparking and are nonmagnetic and corrosion resistant. They satisfy OSHA requirements that specify nonsparking tools for locations where flammable vapors and combustible residues are present.
Warning: Do not use these tools in direct contact with acetylene.
Food Industry Shovels

Scoop and lift materials in your food-processing facility. Designed for use in a sanitary environment, these shovels are easy to clean and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners.
Stainless steel shovels are highly polished and have smooth, continuously welded seams, so bacteria has nowhere to hide. They also have a closed-back design, which prevents debris from collecting on the back of the blade.
