Compared to our standard UHMW polyethylene, these sheets hold up better to scuffs and scrapes in high-speed, high-precision, and high-impact applications—such as conveyor equipment, chute liners, and machine guards. A dry self-lubricant keeps them extra slippery for smooth and quiet operation. They also withstand high temperatures and harsh cleaners and sanitizers, so they can be washed down frequently. They’re FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Also known as Tivar HPV.

Recycled UHMW Polyethylene Sheets

More sustainable than standard UHMW, these sheets and bars are made from partially recycled material, so they have a lower carbon footprint. They help meet sustainability certifications such as LEED or Envision. Because the surface is slippery and resists wear, these sheets are often used as machine guards, conveying equipment, and chute liners. However, this material has a lower tensile and yield strength than standard UHMW, so it should not be used in high tension environments. Also known as mechanical-grade UHMW.

Compared to our standard UHMW polyethylene, these bars hold up better to scuffs and scrapes in high-speed, high-precision, and high-impact applications—such as conveyor equipment, chute liners, and machine guards. A dry self-lubricant keeps them extra slippery for smooth and quiet operation. They also withstand high temperatures and harsh cleaners and sanitizers, so they can be washed down frequently. They’re FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Also known as Tivar HPV.

Recycled UHMW Polyethylene Bars

More sustainable than standard UHMW, these sheets and bars are made from partially recycled material, so they have a lower carbon footprint. They help meet sustainability certifications such as LEED or Envision. Because the surface is slippery and resists wear, these bars are often used as machine guards, conveying equipment, and chute liners. However, this material has a lower tensile and yield strength than standard UHMW, so it should not be used in high tension environments. Also known as mechanical-grade UHMW.
