Highly Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel 90° Angles

One of the most corrosion-resistant types of stainless steel, 316 stands up to the harshest chemicals, including bleach, chlorine, and phosphoric acid. It's a step up from 304, which has similar strength and temperature performance. Use it in a variety of marine and chemical-processing applications. It maintains its corrosion resistance in temperatures up to 1500° F.

316/316L Stainless Steel—Dual certified to meet both 316 and 316L requirements. The low carbon content makes this stainless steel easy to weld while maintaining strength and corrosion resistance.

316L Stainless Steel—This stainless steel contains less carbon than standard 316 for better weldability while retaining corrosion resistance. It's slightly less strong than 316.

Corrosion-Resistant Hoist Trolleys

Made of stainless steel, these trolleys won’t corrode as they move hoists in areas that are frequently washed down with cleaning chemicals. They’re often found in commercial kitchens, because the wheels are coated in a lubricant that’s NSF registered H1 for incidental contact with food.

A mounting bar and eye give you flexibility when mounting your hoist. Remove the eye and mount directly to the bar when you need those extra couple inches of space. These trolleys fit a range of beam widths thanks to spacing washers that you can add or remove. Anti-drop plates prevent these trolleys from falling off your beam if the wheels become derailed.

Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Ceiling-mount brackets wrap around the outside of tracks and mount to the ceiling to act as supports and joints. Bolt them to joists or hang them from threaded rod. Brackets are required every 2 ft. of track.

Support Brackets—Support brackets mount the tracks in the desired location.

Suspended-Support Brackets—Suspended-support brackets provide clearance between your tracks and ceiling. The two mounting holes also provide more track stability than standard ceiling mount brackets.

Joint Brackets—Joint brackets join two pieces of track together to create longer runs. Tabs on the top of the brackets slot into pockets in the adjoining track. Joint brackets also act as support brackets.

Suspended-Joint Brackets—Suspended-joint brackets provide clearance between your tracks and ceiling. The two mounting holes also provide more track stability than standard ceiling mount brackets.

Hangers with more rollers distribute heavy loads more evenly, giving your door more support and smoother movement. Two hangers per door are required.

Aluminum hangers attach to the top of doors, including those made of T-slotted framing.
