    Thrust Ball Bearings

For silky-smooth motion, the balls inside these bearings roll nearly friction-free. You'll often find them at the end of a shaft or between a stationary and rotating surface, such as on a propeller or rotary table.
These bearings come as three separate pieces—one cage and two washers. The cage holds the balls in place, while the washers create a surface for the balls to roll on. This design is easy to lubricate, but the oil will attract dust and grime since it's exposed.
Steel—Strong and wear resistant. However, these bearings are best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.

    Thin-Profile Crossed-Roller Bearings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Roller Bearings. Thin-Profile Crossed-Roller Bearings.
For a more compact machine, these bearings have thinner inner and outer rings than high-load crossed-roller bearings. Route hydraulic lines, electrical wiring, and other components through the inside of the bearing. The rollers face in alternating directions to allow for rigid, accurate motion under any combination of radial, thrust, and moment (twisting) loads. Use in applications where highly accurate motion is necessary, such as machine tools and industrial robots.
Open Bearing—Open bearings dissipate heat more efficiently than sealed bearings.
Sealed Bearing—Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants better than open bearings, but retain more heat.

    Turntable Bearings

    with Gear Teeth

With low-friction internal sleeves made of PTFE, these bearings never need lubrication. Also known as slewing-ring bearings, they’re used for slow, controlled rotation. You’ll often see them rotating hoists, robotic arms, and other heavy machinery. They have holes on both the inner and outer ring, so they’re easy to align and mount.
Note: Listed capacities only apply when bearings are mounted parallel to the ground. These bearings can be mounted in other orientations, but their capacities will be reduced.
Turntable Bearings with Gear Teeth—Bearings with gear teeth can be driven by a spur gear. For components to mesh correctly, they must have the same pressure angle and module.

    Spherical-Roller Bearings

Two rows of rollers give these bearings dynamic radial load capacities over five times higher than comparably sized tapered-roller bearings. Also known as rock crusher bearings, they handle heavy shock loads and are used for metal milling machinery, mining and oil field equipment, and in paper mills.

    Low-Profile Maintenance-Free Turntable Bearings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Turntable Bearings. Low-Profile Maintenance-Free Turntable Bearings.
At 16 mm tall, these bearings are about the height of your typical plastic water bottle cap, so they won’t bulk up your builds. They handle radial, thrust, and moment loads. Often used to oscillate heavy equipment, find them rotating hoists or spinning components on robotic arms. The internal sleeve moves smoothly and will never require lubrication. For easy alignment and mounting, these bearings have holes on both the inner and outer ring. They’re also known as slewing-ring bearings.
Note: Listed capacities only apply when bearings are mounted parallel to the ground. Otherwise, they reduce when bearings are tilted.

The thicker inner and outer raceways on these bearings can handle heavier loads than the thin-profile crossed-roller bearings. Bearings

    Washers

Small but mighty, our thinnest rolling thrust bearings slot into tight spaces and spin at whirring speeds. Their long, slender rollers support thrust loads and reduce friction in everything from machine tool spindles to gearboxes.
A cage holds the rollers in place. You can install these bearings without washers between hardened, ground surfaces for the thinnest profile. If you’re working with unhardened, unground surfaces, you’ll need two washers for the rollers to run on. This three-piece design is easy to lubricate, but the oil will attract dust and grime since it’s exposed.

    Static-Control Maintenance-Free Turntable Bearings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Turntable Bearings. Maintenance-Free, Static Control.
Safe enough to rotate equipment in microchip and semiconductor manufacturing, these bearings prevent harmful static buildup. They’re made from stainless steel and have specially formulated PTFE sleeves that work together to drain static. Make sure your set up provides a path to the ground.
Also known as slewing-ring bearings, these bearings are great for turning heavy equipment in a slow and controlled way. Their sleeves are also slippery, so they move smoothly and don't require lubrication. For alignment and mounting, they have holes on both the inner and outer ring.
Note: Listed capacities only apply when bearings are mounted parallel to the ground. These bearings can be mounted in other orientations, but their capacities will be reduced.
