Highly Machinable 936 Bearing Bronze Round Tubes

With almost twice as much lead, 936 bearing bronze machines more easily than 932. It's often made into bearings and bushings for oil pumps and gasoline engines. Also known as modified SAE 64.

High-Temperature Cast Nylon Round Tubes

A good choice for making sprockets and pulleys, these cast nylon 6 tubes withstand higher temperatures and are easier to machine than standard nylon 6/6 tubes. This material is comparable to Nylatron and Nycast.

Highly Wear-Resistant Machinable Cast Nylon Round Tubes

The addition of MDS gives these tubes exceptional wear resistance along with a self-lubricating surface. They're made of cast nylon 6, making them easier to machine and better electrical insulators than other MDS-filled nylon tubes. Tubes can be used to fabricate pulleys, bushings, and bearings installed in hard-to-reach areas where adding a lubricant would be difficult. This material is comparable to Nylatron and Nycast.

Corrosion-Resistant 954 Bearing Bronze Round Tubes

One of the most corrosion-resistant bearing bronze alloys, 954 withstands everything from sea water to sulfuric acid. It's often turned into bearings and valve bodies for demanding environments such as salt mines. Also known as aluminum bronze. If you need similar corrosion resistance with even greater strength, consider 955 bearing bronze instead.
