Panel-Mount Dry-Running Sleeve Bearings

Permanently and securely install these self-clinching bearings into panels, with no need for precision-bored holes or machined mounts. They’re often used in areas with tight space restrictions. Install them into sheet metal panels with an air-powered or hydraulic press. They’re not for use in plastic panels. These bearings are self-aligning to compensate for small amounts of shaft misalignment. Made of acetal plastic, they won’t warp or swell when exposed to water, so they’re good for use in washdown environments.

Self-Aligning Dry-Running Flanged Sleeve Bearings

Compensating for minor shaft misalignment and not requiring lubrication, these sleeve bearings swivel to self-align and are dry running. They don’t need a housing and you can install and replace them without any tools because they’re slip fit. Mount them in injection-molded panels, thin sheet metal, and hard non-ductile material. Made of acetal, they won’t warp or swell when exposed to water, so they’re good for washdown environments.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

High-Speed Self-Aligning Dry-Running Flanged Sleeve Bearings

Made of acetal with a PTFE filler, these bearings handle velocities up to twice as high as standard acetal bearings. They’re self-lubricating, so they’ll take on less wear for an increased lifespan. Acetal won’t warp or swell from exposure to water, so these bearings are good for use in washdown environments. These bearings swivel to compensate for a small amount of shaft misalignment. Designed for press-fit installation by hand—no tools required—they don’t need to be fitted into a housing. Mount them into injection-molded panels and mounts, thin sheet metal, or hard non-ductile materials.
