Long-Life Box Air Filters



Multiple panels maximize filtering surface area for long service life. These MERV 14 air filters capture particles down to 0.3 microns. They have a V-shape design and a rigid frame that withstands fluctuations in airflow, such as those created by variable air volume systems. The more filter panels they have, the more filtering surface they have for a longer service life.
Actual size is up to 5/8" less than trade size.

Box Air Filters

The rigid frame on these filters withstands fluctuations in airflow, such as those created by variable air volume systems.
MERV 11 filters capture common allergens, such as dander, mold spore, and pollen, so they are often used in data centers and other locations that require extra-clean air. They strike a good balance between filtration efficiency and airflow.
MERV 14 filters provide a higher level of filtration than MERV 11 filters and are more effective at capturing finer allergens and viruses for an enhanced level of protection. These filters are often used in environments to protect against airborne contaminants from wildfire smoke and in regions with high pollution levels.
Filters meet UL 900 flame retardance requirements. Actual size is up to 5/8" less than trade size.

ULPA Box Air Filters

Purify the air in your most sensitive environments. These filters remove 99.999% of dust and other particles, so they're best in areas where high air purity matters, such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and aerospace facilities. Constructed with fibers more densely woven than a HEPA filter, they catch 10 times more particles. However, they need to be changed more often than HEPA filters because they collect contaminants more quickly. All are UL rated for flame retardance.

HEPA Long-Life Box Air Filters


Extend the time between filter changes in laboratories, hospitals, and other places with a high risk of airborne contaminants. These filters have tight pleats, which increase the surface area for catching particles. They’re a HEPA filter, so they capture small particles, such as allergens and germs, more efficiently than standard air filters.
Filters with an aluminum frame have a V-shape design that increases the filtering area and reduces resistance to air, leading to an even longer life than filters with a standard design.

Odor-Removal Box Air Filters

Carbon granules in these filters remove odors from the air. The rigid frame won’t bend or twist from sudden changes in airflow, such as those created by variable air volume systems. For a long service life, the V-shape design increases the filtering area and reduces resistance to air.
MERV 8 filters trap dust in common areas such as warehouses and offices.
