CPVC Pipe Fittings for Hot Water
Made of CPVC, these fittings can handle high temperatures. They have thick, strong walls to handle heavy duty industrial plumbing and water supply applications, such as water processing and waste water treatment. They also have good corrosion resistance. These fittings are comparable to Corzan. Some meet ASTM D1784 specifications and testing requirements for material quality.
Fittings for drinking water meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61.
Schedule 80 fittings have thick, strong walls for heavy duty, industrial applications.

Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Chemicals
Couplings consist of a plug and a socket (sold separately) that join with a latch, so you can frequently connect and disconnect your line. To connect, insert the plug into the socket; to disconnect, press the latch on the socket and remove the plug. Plugs and sockets are polypropylene, which has excellent chemical, impact, and abrasion resistance.
Plugs and sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated so fluid won’t spill from your line.

The male pipe threads on these fittings have a sealant applied for extra protection against leaks. Also known as JIC (Joint Industrial Council) fittings, they provide a tight metal-to-metal seal on tubing that is flared to 37°. They’re often used in hydraulic applications. Made from 316 stainless steel, these fittings have excellent corrosion resistance. A complete fitting requires a nut and a sleeve (ferrule) for each tube end—tighten the nut to create a secure seal that withstands high pressure. Nuts and sleeves are sold separately.
Through-wall fittings are also known as bulkhead couplings and panel-mount couplings; they mount through your wall or panel to create an inlet or outlet.
