    Unshielded

Control, monitor, and regulate stationary equipment such as sensors and PLCs. You can flex and bend this cable during installation and adjustments, but it isn't made for continuous motion.
Unshielded—Choose unshielded wires when electromagnetic interference (EMI) isn't a concern. Equipment such as motors and pumps may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.

    High-Voltage Continuous-Flex Flat Power Cable

Image of Product. Front orientation. Power Cable. High-Voltage Continuous-Flex Flat Power Cable.
For high-voltage systems with constant motion, this cable flexes without breaking. Its thick silicone rubber jacket insulates against high voltage and resists chemicals, oil, moisture, and UV rays. The jacket also has a low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) design to prevent toxic emissions if there’s a fire.

    No-Conduit-Required Continuous-Flex Control Cable

Image of Product. Front orientation. Control Cable. No-Conduit-Required Continuous-Flex Control Cable, Unshielded.

    Unshielded

Eliminate the need for conduit and cable splices. Made to TC-ER (Tray Cable, Exposed Run) standards, this cable resists impact and crushing force. You can run a single length from stationary equipment to and through moving equipment, such as cable carriers. Support it every six feet to prevent sagging. Even after millions of flex cycles, this cable transmits reliable signals. Its finely stranded conductors are twisted together like a rope, strengthening the cable and preventing fatigue from constant bending.
Unshielded—Choose unshielded wires when electromagnetic interference (EMI) isn't a concern. Equipment such as motors and pumps may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.

    Twisted-Pair Continuous-Flex Control Cable

Image of Product. Front orientation. Control Cable. Twisted-Pair Continuous-Flex Control Cable.
Prevent mixed messages in control systems such as sensors and PLCs. The twisted-pair wires in this cable prevent internal and external signal interference, even in electrically noisy areas. Designed for the demands of continuous motion, this cable transmits signals for millions of flex cycles. Its finely stranded conductors are twisted together like a rope to resist wear from constant bending.
Shielded—A single layer of shielding protects sensitive electronics and control systems by blocking electromagnetic interference (EMI). Otherwise, equipment such as motors and pumps could distort signals.

    Communication and Security System Cable

Often used for intercoms, speakers, and security systems, this cable is designated as CM and CL2 or CMG, so the insulation is flame resistant and approved for in-wall installation in single-level facilities.
    Shielded Stranded Wire
Image of Product. Front orientation. Security Cable. Communication and Security System Cable, Shielded.
Shielded cable has a layer of foil that blocks signal interference from nearby equipment and devices. It has an uninsulated ground wire that is not counted in the number of wires.

    Low-Capacitance Control Cable

Image of Product. Front orientation. Control Cable. Low-Capacitance Control Cable.
This cable protects signal integrity over long runs, even up to hundreds of feet across your facility. It has polyethylene insulation to limit capacitance—an energy buildup that worsens over long distances and degrades signals. This cable is often used in sensors, PLCs, and encoders. You can flex and bend it during installation and adjustments, but it isn't made for continuous motion.
Double Shielded—With two layers of shielding, this cable offers better protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) than single-shielded cable. It’s often used near transformers, generators, and heavy-duty motors that may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.

    Ribbon Cable

Image of Product. Front orientation. Ribbon Cable.
Often used in electronic prototyping or in the interior of computers, this flat cable is ultra flexible with small-gauge wires so it fits in tight spaces. Unlike standard flat control cable, the wires are bonded together without an overall insulation, so they can be easily separated for installation.
UL 2556 VW-1— Cable is flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material.

    ix Industrial Cords

Securely connect equipment in data or signal applications, such as linking a servomotor and encoder. Because they have smaller connectors than standard cords, you can connect them to smaller equipment and snake them through tighter spaces. You can even use them to create multiple connection points in a compact area. These cords have a metal locking tab that secures the connectors to sockets and is less likely to break than plastic ones if yanked or bumped. All of these cords are shielded to block interference from nearby equipment. They will connect with any ix industrial sockets that meet IEC 61076-3-124. They also meet UL data transmission standards and Canadian electrical standards. You can also use them as an alternative to cords with D-sub connectors.
