Even when used underwater, these adhesives maintain their strength. Epoxies are the strongest and most chemical-resistant adhesives. They bond especially well on metal.
These epoxies come in two parts that need to be mixed. The container size listed is the combined total of the two parts.

    Flexible Instant-Bond Adhesives

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Instant-Bond Adhesives. Flexible Instant-Bond Adhesives.
Create bonds that can bend without breaking. These adhesives remain elastic even after hardening.
Apply an accelerator first to reach a full-strength bond faster.
Thin Liquid—Seep into narrow gaps and joints that thick-liquid adhesives can't reach. Use when bonding close-fitting parts.
Thick Liquid—Fill larger gaps than thin-liquid adhesives, so they're better for bonding slightly misaligned or uneven surfaces.
ISO 10993—Comply with biocompatibility standards for medical-grade applications.

    Hot Glue Sticks

When heated, these glue sticks melt and quickly begin to harden. Use them to seal packaging and form other low- to medium-strength bonds.
Adhesives that take longer to harden are suited for applications that require some repositioning, because the longer open times allow for more adjustment. For high-volume applications, adhesives with a lower viscosity flow faster than other hot-melt adhesives.

    Contact Adhesives for Sanding Abrasives

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contact Adhesives. Contact Adhesives for Sanding Abrasives.
Stick sanding discs or sheets to the backup pad on your sander. Also known as disc cement, these adhesives are strong enough to hold discs in place during aggressive sanding, but flexible enough that you can peel them off when you’re done. They work with either paper- or cloth-backed discs, but only use them on backup pads made for pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) discs or sheets.

Bond parts that are already installed in half the time of our other wicking instant-bond adhesives. Our thinnest adhesives use capillary action to pull themselves deep into close-fitting seams—like water up the roots of a tree.
Apply an accelerator first to reach a full-strength bond faster.
Thin Liquid—Seep into narrow gaps and joints that thick-liquid adhesives can't reach. Use when bonding close-fitting parts.

For quick repairs, these epoxies begin to harden in six minutes or less. Epoxies are the strongest and most chemical-resistant structural adhesives. They bond especially well on metal.
These adhesives come in two parts that need to be mixed. The container size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
Cartridge—To mix and dispense these adhesives, you'll need a mixer nozzle and dispensing gun.
Thick Liquid—Flow into narrower gaps than gels and pastes, but thick enough to stay put on uneven surfaces.

    Instant-Bond Adhesives for Hard-to-Bond Materials

Image of Product. Front orientation. Instant-Bond Adhesives. Instant-Bond Adhesives for Hard-to-Bond Materials.
Join plastics that standard instant-bond adhesives can't grip. These adhesives stick to smooth materials, such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Clean and prepare the surface with primer so the adhesive can spread, dry, and gain strength.
Add an accelerator after the primer and before the adhesive to reach a full-strength bond faster.
    Cartridge—Apply with a caulk gun.
    Syringe—Apply with a dispensing gun.
Gel—Flow more slowly than liquid and stick in place without dripping, even on vertical surfaces. Use when making a mess isn't an option.
