Corner Caps

Guard the corners of fragile or sharp objects such as glass and metal sheets. These caps prevent damage during shipping and storage as well as injury from cuts and scrapes.

Style A	Style B

Keep pallet loads neat, stable, and ready for the road. For the best fit, make sure goods are square with the pallet before securing.

Style A—Style A are used with strapping. These covers have ridged channels to prevent water from pooling on top. The channels also keep the straps in place as you tighten them. These covers do not support stacking.

Style B—Style B secure your load faster than strapping and stretch wrap. They have a pair of built-in ratcheting straps on either side—just hook them onto the pallet below. You can attach two additional straps (sold separately) to secure the load on all four sides. Stack additional pallets on top if needed—these covers have a load capacity of 4,400 lbs.

Foam Corner Caps

Protect sharp edges on shelving, machinery, and equipment. Made of polyurethane foam, these caps pad corners to protect the people and objects that bump into them. They also resist abrasion. Use them alone to cover corners, or pair them with foam guards for full edge protection.

Adhesive Back—Peel and stick to any clean, smooth surface.

Hardness Rating—The harder the guard, the better it stands up to impact and abrasion over time. The softer the guard, the more cushioning it has to protect the corner and the object that bumps it.
