Stick Electrodes for Copper, Brass, and Bronze

Weld copper, brass, and bronze with these electrodes. The flux coating produces good stability, speed, and welding performance.
ECuSn-C electrodes are commonly used for metallic carbon arc welding of brass, bronze, and copper to themselves, and to mild steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.

Stick Electrodes for Joining Cast Iron to Steel and Stainless Steel

Made of 85% pure nickel, these electrodes join cast iron to itself, and to mild steel and stainless steel. Their welds are easily machinable due to their high nickel content. They’re often used to repair castings. The flux coating produces good stability, speed, and welding performance.
Stick Electrodes for Nonmachinable Welds on Cast Iron

These nickel-free electrodes make nonmachinable welds. They’re often used on machine bases, furnace grates, and exhaust manifolds. The flux coating produces good stability, speed, and welding performance.
Stick Electrodes for Joining Dissimilar Irons and Steels

Join gray iron, ductile iron, malleable iron, and alloy cast iron to themselves, to each other, and to mild steel. The flux coating produces good stability, speed, and welding performance.
Stick Electrodes for Cutting and Chamfering

These electrodes have a flux coating that produces good stability, speed, and performance when cutting and chamfering.
Flux-Included Brazing Alloys

No need to add flux—these alloys have it built in. Use them in general purpose applications with most metals. These alloys do not include cadmium, so they are safer to use than brazing alloys with cadmium and help meet industry regulations.
RBCuZn-C alloys create less fumes than other alloys.

Flux-Included Brazing Alloys for Tight Gaps

Fill in tight gaps without needing to add flux before you braze—these alloys have flux built in. When melted, these alloys form a thin liquid that easily flows into smaller gaps than standard brazing alloys. They’re often used in the piping and automotive industry. Since they don’t contain cadmium, they’re safer to use than brazing alloys with cadmium and help meet industry regulations.
