These chain pull cords are more durable than rope pull cords. Use them to operate doors, vents, skylights, and overhead equipment.
Sash Chain—Sash chain is good for light duty applications, such as small doors, vents, and skylights.
Straight-Link Chain—Straight-link chain is load rated for large doors, vents, and skylights.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Zinc-plated steel pull cords have some corrosion resistance.
304 Stainless Steel—304 stainless steel pull cords have excellent corrosion resistance, making them the best choice for harsh environments. They also have good chemical resistance.

    Quick-Tighten Lever Load Binders

Image of Product. With Grab Hook Fittings. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Load Binders. Quick-Tighten Lever Load Binders, Grab Hook.

    With Grab Hook Fittings

Faster than ratchet binders, these load binders secure your cargo in one quick pull. The lever applies tension in a single motion, which prevents the chain from twisting but requires more physical effort than a ratchet binder. When closed, the lever folds against your load. These load binders meet D.O.T. regulations for use on roadways.
Warning: The lever may snap back suddenly, so do not close your hand around the handle when releasing the tension. Never use for lifting applications.
Grab Hook—Binders with grab hooks are often used with transport chain to secure heavy equipment for transit.
Take-Up Length—Take-up length is the maximum amount of slack these binders can remove when fully closed.

    Tamper-Resistant Ratchet Load Binders

Secure heavy cargo, then remove and store the handle (sold separately) to prevent unwanted adjustments. The handle slots into a ratcheting gear on these binders, so you can use these binders to gradually apply or release tension. They’re also known as ratchet jacks. The grab hooks at each end are designed to slide into chain links—they’re often paired with transport chain. These binders meet D.O.T. regulations for use on roadways.
Warning: Never use for lifting applications.

Secure loads three times faster than with ratchet load binders, and without the effort. These binders pair with a standard drill to tighten or loosen chains, so it’s easy to load or unload cargo multiple times a day. To maximize the tension, use a drill with at least 800 in.-lbs. torque. The grab hooks at each end slide into chain links—they’re often used with transport chain. Brace the handle against a flat surface to keep the chain from twisting. These binders meet D.O.T. regulations for use on roadways.
Warning: Never use for lifting applications.

A ratcheting gear and handle on these load binders let you gradually tighten or loosen your load. They require less force than lever binders and give you more control over the tension. The handle won’t snap open when you release a load. These binders meet D.O.T. regulations for use on roadways. They’re also known as ratchet jacks.
Warning: Never use for lifting applications.
Grab Hook—Binders with grab hooks are often used with transport chain to secure heavy equipment for transit.
With Clevis Fittings—Clevis fittings are used with chain, wire rope, and anchored eyebolts. They form a closed connection, so you can push or pull loads. They’re commonly used for positioning machinery.
With Eye Fittings—Eye fittings connect to wire rope, or you can pair them with a shackle to attach chains or anchored eyebolts. They have a closed connection point, so you can push or pull loads. They’re often used on construction sites to secure steel plates and concrete forms.
Take-Up Length—Take-up length is the maximum amount of slack these binders can remove when fully closed.
