    Compact Cordless Cutoff Saws

Image of Product. Back orientation. Cutoff Saws. Compact Cordless Cutoff Saws.
At less than 3 lbs., these saws are light enough to use with one hand but powerful enough to cut through rebar. Using an abrasive wheel, they’re often used to cut pipes overhead or in tight spaces. Because they run on batteries, they're great for quick jobs when you don't have an air compressor or outlet.
Connect the dust hood to a dust collector to keep your workspace clean and remove debris from the air. If you're cutting on a flat surface, the dust hood helps stabilize the saw, making it easier to control the depth of your cut.
Some saws include rechargeable batteries. For other saws, batteries and chargers are sold separately.
Warning: Use wheels that have a greater rpm rating than the no-load rpm of your saw.
Brushless Motor—A brushless motor optimizes battery usage, so these saws run longer on a single charge. It also enhances longevity—they run cool and have few moving parts that require maintenance.
Reversible Wheel Rotation—Saws with reversible wheel rotation let you switch the wheel's direction to control where it sends sparks and debris.
Brake—Saws with a brake come to a stop when you release the trigger, so you can quickly reposition your tool and move on to your next cut.

    Cordless Circular Saws for Wood

Image of Product. Front orientation. Circular Saws. Cordless Circular Saws for Wood, Style A.

    Style A

With all the power of an electric saw but no cords, these saws rip, cross-cut, and make angled cuts in wood sheets and boards anywhere you need. They’re best for long cuts and for wood that’s too wide for a miter or chop saw. Shortly after you release the trigger, a brake stops the blade so you can quickly reposition your workpiece for the next cut. Their brushless motor optimizes battery usage, so these saws run longer on a single charge. It also enhances longevity—they run cool and have few moving parts that require maintenance.
Some saws include rechargeable batteries. For other saws, batteries and chargers are sold separately.
Makita—Makita saws maintain consistent cutting speed through dense wood areas such as knots and changes in grain. These saws sense the blade speed and increase speed and torque when met with the resistance of dense material. This keeps the saw from stalling out, so you can make smooth cuts with minimal strain on the motor.
Dust Blower—Saws with a dust blower clear away sawdust to keep your cut line visible.
Cannot Be Sold Outside United States—Saws that cannot be sold outside the United States are restricted due to product regulations.

    Cordless Circular Saws for Metal

Image of Product. Front orientation. Circular Saws. Cordless Circular Saws for Metal.
Make long, straight cuts in metal anywhere on your site. These saws cut with the same power as an electric saw but don’t need to be near an outlet. They’re often used to trim panels and structural framing to size. Because they use a low speed, they make a smooth, burr-free cut and don’t require coolant. Compared to saws that use abrasive wheels to cut metal, these saws generate fewer sparks, too.
Some tools include rechargeable batteries. For other tools, batteries and chargers are sold separately.
Makita—Makita saws have a higher voltage than other cordless circular saws, which helps them maintain speed when cutting thick or hard materials. The high-voltage battery also gives you more cuts per charge. They protect against accidental starts since you have to pull the safety switch at the same time as the trigger. When you release the trigger, the brake stops the blade to let you quickly reposition your workpiece and move to your next cut. A chip collector captures metal shards and chips, so your workspace stays clean and safe.

    Cordless Bench-Top Chop Saws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Chop Saws. Cordless Bench-Top Chop Saws.
Make precise perpendicular cuts in metal and other hard materials from any bench top in your facility. Rechargeable batteries give you the same power as an electric chop saw, but without the hassle of needing access to an outlet. A brushless motor optimizes battery usage, so these saws run longer on a single charge. It also enhances longevity—they run cool and have few moving parts that require maintenance. Pair these saws with an abrasive wheel. They’re often used to cut steel square structural tubing and aluminum conduit.
Soon after you release the trigger, an electric brake stops the blade for quick repositioning to make repeated cuts. Equipped with a quick-release vise, these saws secure and release your workpiece quickly. The jaws of the vise operate without the need for multiple turns of the handle. Tool-free wheel changes let you switch out the cutoff wheel without using an L-key or wrench.
These saws require two 18V DC batteries. Batteries and chargers are not included.

    Bevel Cut

Set up anywhere in your facility to make angled cuts in material that's too wide for a standard miter saw—the arm on these saws slides for added reach. These saws cut with the same power as an electric miter saw but without needing an outlet nearby. A brushless motor optimizes battery life, so these saws run longer on a single charge. The motor also enhances longevity because it runs cool and has few moving parts that require maintenance.
Use them to create joints that require a tight fit, such as door frames and aluminum supports. Swivel the head for angled cuts across the face of your material and tilt the head for beveled cuts through the thickness of your material. To help you position your material for an accurate cut, a light casts a line of shadow where the blade will meet the workpiece.
Makita—Makita saws have a higher voltage than other saws, which helps them maintain speed while cutting thick and hard materials. They also give you more cuts per charge. An electric brake stops the blade when you release the trigger to let you reposition your workpiece and move to your next cut.
Batteries Included—Some saws include a rechargeable battery.
Batteries Not Included—For saws where the battery is not included, see Milwaukee batteries and chargers and Makita batteries and chargers.
