    Clean Room Coats

Image of Product. Front orientation. Jackets. Clean Room Coats.
Create a barrier between you and your clean room. These coats keep dust, microbes, and other pollutants that might be on your body from contaminating the area. Reusable when washed according to clean room standards, they’ll last up to 100 washes. Make sure to wash them before your first wear. They are suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants. Coats are knee length.
When choosing a size, consider your body shape and the clothes you’ll wear underneath.
    Polyester Fabric—Polyester resists abrasion.
Carbon Fiber/Polyester Fabric—Carbon fiber/polyester fabric blend discharges static electricity to protect sensitive electronic equipment, such as semiconductors and spacecraft components.

    Disposable Clean Room Coats

Image of Product. Front orientation. Jackets. Disposable Clean Room Coats.
Wear once then toss—these disposable coats prevent dust, microbes, and other pollutants from contaminating your clean room space. Cleaned and individually bagged in a clean room, they won’t shed any lint or dust. These coats are polyethylene/Tyvek, which is made with heat- and pressure-bonded fibers that make for a soft yet tear-resistant coat. They hold up to limited contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray.
When choosing a size, consider individual body shape and clothing worn underneath.

Clean Room Lightweight Melamine Foam Pipe Insulation

Limit contaminants in clean rooms and sanitary environments. The jacket on this insulation meets ISO Class 5 and Fed. Spec. Class 100 clean room standards, so it won’t shed particles. It’s also washable, making this insulation good for stainless steel process piping and clean steam distribution systems that undergo frequent cleaning. In addition, the lightweight melamine won’t overload supports on overhead piping and long runs.

    Clean Room Heat-Shrink Tubing

Image of Product. Front orientation. Heat-Shrink Tubing. Clean Room Heat-Shrink Tubing.
After being cleaned with alcohol, this tubing is bagged and sealed in a clean room. It's USP VI certified for material quality and purity. Sterilize with steam, gas, and radiation. When heated, it creates a moisture-resistant seal on metal, glass, and most plastics.
Dielectric Strength—Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to breakdown. The higher the dielectric strength of a material, the better it is for preventing electricity, heat, or signal from dissipating from wire and cable.
