    High-Flow Compressed Air Separators

Image of Product. Front orientation. Compressed Air Separators. High-Flow Compressed Air Separators.
These separators have higher flow rates compared to our other compressed air separators. Prevent equipment damage and wear caused by moisture in your compressed air supply. The first step in water removal, use one of these separators to remove the large amount of water created as compressed air cools. A float-operated drain valve automatically opens when the bowl begins to fill. Install separators in your air line after compressors and aftercoolers.

Once aftercoolers and separators have removed the bulk of the water, use these dryers to remove any remaining moisture in your air line. To reuse saturated desiccant, heat it in an oven at its reactivation temperature—you'll know it's dry when the color changes. Install these dryers after an oil filter to protect the desiccant.

The desiccant in Styles D and E comes in a sleeve, so they're easier to maintain than dryers with loose beads. Reheat the entire sleeve to reuse the desiccant. To make sure they drain properly, install these dryers on vertical segments of your air line.

Aluminum Bowl— Dryers with a metal bowl are more durable than those with a plastic bowl, and they hold up to vapor better.

Automatic Continuous-Use Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers with Filters for Oil and Particle Removal

Image of Product. Front orientation. Compressed Air Dryers. Automatic Continuous-Use Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers with Filters for Oil and Particle Removal, Style C.

    Style C

For an uninterrupted supply of clean, dry compressed air, these dryers have two desiccant towers. While desiccant in one tower absorbs moisture, the desiccant in the other is drying out, then they switch automatically. In addition to water, they also remove compressor oil and particles to extend their life and the components downstream from them. Install them after separators and aftercoolers, which remove the bulk of the moisture.
Style C—Style C stand up to tough outdoor and harsh conditions. Install them inline along your air line for a straight-through connection. Replacement service kits for Style C (sold separately) include filters, check valves, and purge valves.

Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers with Filters for Oil and Particle Removal

Image of Product. Style E. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Style E. Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers with Filters for Oil and Particle Removal.

    Style E

Prevent damage to air-powered tools and equipment—these dryers remove water, compressor oil, and particles from your air supply. The dryer and oil filter share the same cartridge to save space and reduce downtime when changing them. No need to mess with desiccant beads. Install them after separators and aftercoolers, which remove the bulk of the moisture.
When selecting a dryer, keep in mind that the larger the desiccant capacity, the longer they last between cartridge changes.
Clear Bowl—Dryers with a clear bowl are visible from all angles. They have a silica gel desiccant that changes from blue to pink, making it easy to know when to replace the cartridge. Disassembly is required to access the desiccant.
Style E—Style E filter fine particles in the same cartridge as the dryer and oil filter. Install them vertically in your compressed air line so any water vapor collecting drains properly.
