Norgren Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

A Norgren filter, regulator, and lubricator in one, these single-unit FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure right out of the box. They connect to other components of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system.
The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. They have long-range lubricators, so they can power multiple tools or machines across long, complex piping systems. The lubricator produces an ultra-fine mist with oil particles smaller than 2 microns that can travel both uphill and far downstream. These FRLs are not a good choice for slow-moving, large bore cylinders, air motors, or air tools that need heavier lubrication.
Their bowls have an automatic drain that periodically releases condensate into the air. They come with mounting brackets, so you can attach them to a wall or equipment. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and to comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations. To extend the filter life, choose the coarsest (highest micron) filtration that still meets your air quality needs.

    Components

Stacked Components—Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.
Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components that are easy to swap out. They come with mounting brackets, so you can attach them to a wall or equipment.
End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

    with Bowl

    Guard

Replace a damaged bowl on your Norgren modular compressed air filter, or swap in a different material or drain type. These bowls come with an O-ring to ensure a tight seal. They have either a clear bowl or a sight glass so you can monitor the liquid level inside. Check the manufacturer series on your filter to ensure compatibility.
Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain are best for air lines that have high water content, run continuously, or are hard to reach.
Manual Drain—Bowls with a manual drain are easy to empty, so they’re often used in systems with a steady, predictable buildup of condensate.
