A filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom, these units remove oil droplets and adjust compressed air to your desired pressure. They connect to other SMC units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. To prevent clogging, install them in your air line after particle removal filters. Extend filter life by choosing the coarsest (highest micron) filtration that still meets your air quality needs. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the filter/regulator to a wall or equipment.

Tamper-resistant padlockable covers (sold separately) clamp over the regulator knob to prevent unauthorized pressure changes.
