    Norgren Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

    A filter and regulator stacked top-to-bottom, these filter/regulators supply clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They connect to other Norgren units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Extend filter life by choosing the coarsest (highest micron) filtration that still meets your air quality needs. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

    82 Series require very little clearance for replacing the filter element or emptying condensate. When you remove the bowl, the filter element comes with it. Slip a padlock through a hole in the regulating knob to prevent unwanted pressure changes.
    Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
    End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
