Install these all-in-one units in your air supply line to deliver clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They work in two stages: the stacked filter/regulator removes large particles and sets the pressure, then the coalescing filter captures fine oil aerosols. You can connect them to Norgren units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—to customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Slip a padlock through a hole in the knob to prevent unwanted pressure changes. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

These filter/regulators have a service indicator that turns increasingly red as the filter element clogs, so you’ll know when it needs to be replaced. When you remove the bowl, the filter element comes with it. This means you need minimal clearance for replacing the element or emptying condensate.
