ARO 1500 Compressed Air Filters

Extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment by removing particles and water droplets from compressed air. These air filters connect to other ARO units of the same series so you can customize your air preparation system. They join with clamped connections that are compact, airtight, and easy to swap out.

Clear Bowl

Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect the filter to another ARO modular component with the same series number. They come with mounting brackets to attach the filter to a wall or equipment.

End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks stay connected to your pipes when you need to replace the components between them.

Replace the filter element in your ARO modular compressed air filter to trap solid particles and water droplets. To extend filter life, choose the coarsest (highest micron) filtration that still meets your air quality needs. Check the manufacturer series on your filter to ensure compatibility.

ARO Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

A filter and regulator stacked together, these filter/regulators clean your compressed air and maintain the pressure. They connect to other ARO units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Clear Bowl

Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.

Knob-Locking Clips—Knob-locking clips (sold separately) fit between the knob and the body of these filter/regulators, preventing unwanted pressure adjustments. To make changes, remove the knob and clip, then reattach the knob.

End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

To prevent clogs, install a particle filter before the oil filter.

ARO Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

Made up of an ARO filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. Inline Components	Stacked Components

Inline Components—Inline FRLs are the standard design. Each part can be replaced or repaired on its own, which reduces maintenance costs.

Stacked Components—Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.
