About Air Preparation

Extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment by removing particles and water droplets from compressed air. Customize your air preparation solution by connecting these modular units to other Aventics units of the same series. Use clamps to make compact and airtight connections that you can easily swap out. These filters have a drain that empties automatically when the system is depressurized, such as when the air is turned off at night. You can also manually empty the drain. They have a clear bowl so you can see inside to monitor its contents.

Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the filter to a wall or equipment.

Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect the filter to another Aventics modular component with the same series number. They come with mounting brackets.

End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks stay connected to your pipes when you need to replace the components between them.

Aventics Two-Stage Compressed Air Filter
Elements for Oil and Particle Removal

These filter elements fit in Aventics modular two-stage compressed air filters to remove oil and particles. Check the manufacturer series on your filter to ensure compatibility.

Elements that remove oil content down to 0.084 ppm provide high filtration, removing even the smallest contaminants from your compressed air. Use them for applications where air purity is critical, such as food processing, electronic manufacturing, or pharmaceutical production.

Elements that remove oil content down to 1 ppm are less likely to clog than those that filter to 0.084 ppm. Use them for general purpose compressed air, or as a prefilter to protect higher purity filters from clogs.

Aventics Modular Compressed Air Filters for Oil Removal

Also known as coalescing filters, these filters remove compressor oil to extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment. Customize your air preparation solution by connecting these modular units to other Aventics units of the same series. Compact and airtight connections can be made and easily swapped out using clamps. These filters have a drain that empties automatically when the system is depressurized, such as when the air is turned off at night. You can also manually empty the drain. A clear bowl lets you see inside so you can monitor its contents. As the filter clogs, a filter service indicator turns increasingly red, letting you know when the filter elements need to be replaced. To prevent clogs, install a particle filter before the oil filter.

Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the filter to a wall or equipment.
