Space-Saving Two-Stage Compressed Air Filters for Oil and Particle Removal

No need to buy and service two filters—these filters have a single element that removes both oil and particles. Use them to remove water droplets as well as oil and particles from compressed air to extend the service life of your air-powered tools and equipment. They have a drain that empties automatically when the system is depressurized, such as when the air is turned off at night. You can also manually empty the drain. These filters have a clear bowl so you can see inside to monitor the contents.

Aventics Modular Compressed Air Filters for Particle Removal

Extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment by removing particles and water droplets from compressed air. Customize your air preparation solution by connecting these modular units to other Aventics units of the same series. Use clamps to make compact and airtight connections that you can easily swap out. These filters have a drain that empties automatically when the system is depressurized, such as when the air is turned off at night. You can also manually empty the drain. They have a clear bowl so you can see inside to monitor its contents.

Space-Saving Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Oil and Particle Removal

A two-stage filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom, these filter/regulators provide clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. Two-stage filtration is like getting two filters in one—the first stage removes large particles, while the second removes fine particles. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.

Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, so there’s no need for manual emptying.
Semi-Automatic Drain—Bowls with a semi-automatic drain release their condensate whenever your system is depressurized. You can also empty the drain manually.

Aventics Modular Compressed Air Filters for Oil Removal

Also known as coalescing filters, these filters remove compressor oil to extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment. Customize your air preparation solution by connecting these modular units to other Aventics units of the same series. Compact and airtight connections can be made and easily swapped out using clamps. These filters have a drain that empties automatically when the system is depressurized, such as when the air is turned off at night. You can also manually empty the drain. A clear bowl lets you see inside so you can monitor its contents. As the filter clogs, a filter service indicator turns increasingly red, letting you know when the filter elements need to be replaced. To prevent clogs, install a particle filter before the oil filter.

    Replacements for Filters

Aventics Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

Connect these filter/regulators to other Aventics units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately) to customize your air preparation system. A filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom, they provide clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
Semi-Automatic Drain—Bowls with a semi-automatic drain release their condensate whenever your system is depressurized. You can also empty the drain manually.
Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components, even if the pipe sizes are slightly different. They come with mounting brackets to attach the filter/regulator to a wall or equipment.

Aventics Two-Stage Compressed Air Filter Elements for Oil and Particle Removal

Image of Product. Front orientation. Compressed Air Filter Elements. Aventics Two-Stage Compressed Air Filter Elements for Oil and Particle Removal.
These filter elements fit in Aventics modular two-stage compressed air filters to remove oil and particles. Check the manufacturer series on your filter to ensure compatibility.
Removes Oil Content Down to 0.084 ppm—Elements that remove oil content down to 0.084 ppm provide high filtration, removing even the smallest contaminants from your compressed air. Use them for applications where air purity is critical, such as food processing, electronic manufacturing, or pharmaceutical production.
Removes Oil Content Down to 1 ppm—Elements that remove oil content down to 1 ppm are less likely to clog than those that filter to 0.084 ppm. Use them for general purpose compressed air, or as a prefilter to protect higher purity filters from clogs.

Aventics Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

A combination of an Aventics filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
Their bowls have a semi-automatic drain that releases condensate whenever the system is depressurized. You can also empty the drain manually. Mounting brackets let you attach these FRLs to a wall or equipment. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Stacked Components—Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.
Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components that are easy to swap out. They come with mounting brackets, so you can attach them to a wall or equipment.
End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
