    SMC Modular Compressed Air Regulators

    Adjust and maintain the pressure of your compressed air. These regulators connect to other SMC units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. They have a pressure gauge that's recessed into the body to protect it from accidental bumps. Attach them to a wall or equipment with the included mounting brackets. Install these regulators in your air line after filters.

    Relieving regulators exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.

    Connect two or more of these regulator manifolds to meet multiple pressure requirements from a single air supply—set a different output pressure with each manifold. Use joiner clamps (sold separately) to connect them to other SMC units of the same series, so you can customize your air preparation system. These manifolds come with one regulated outlet on their back and one unregulated outlet. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after filters.
    Filter/Regulator/Lubricator Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components. These clamps come with mounting brackets.
    Filter/Regulator/Lubricator End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
    Compressed Air Regulator Manifold End Caps—End caps (sold separately) seal off any unused pipe ports on SMC modular systems. They attach with a joiner clamp (not included).
    Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach regulator manifolds to a wall or equipment.

    Compressed Air Regulators for Double-Acting Cylinders

    When your double-acting cylinder sends high-speed air in reverse, a check valve inside these regulators blocks it.     Elbow Air Flow Control Valves

    Mount these valves directly to cylinder ports, eliminating additional tubing or piping between the cylinder and valve for better control and consistency than inline valves. Flow control valves control the speed of air-powered equipment by adjusting the volume of airflow. They control flow in one direction as air moves from the inlet to the outlet. Air flows freely in the opposite direction.
    Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow can pass through a valve. When selecting between valves with the same port size, choose the valve with the higher flow coefficient to ensure it provides enough airflow to operate your system.

    SMC Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

    A filter and regulator stacked top-to-bottom, these filter/regulators supply clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They connect to other SMC units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations. Use the included mounting brackets to attach these filter/regulators to a wall or equipment.

    Elbow Air Flow Control Valves with Flow Indicator

    A flow indicator on these valves provides a relative measure of the air flowing through the valve, from off to full volume, similar to the volume dial on a speaker. The indicator’s numeric increments make it easy to set the valve to the same flow rate with each use. These valves adjust the volume of air exiting an air cylinder (meter out) to control the speed of air-powered equipment. They control flow in one direction as air moves from the inlet to the outlet. Air flows freely in the opposite direction. The elbow shape allows you to mount them directly to cylinder ports, eliminating additional tubing between the cylinder and valve for better control and consistency than inline valves.     High-Pressure Air Flow Control Valves

    These valves handle pressure up to 265 psi. They adjust the volume of air exiting an air cylinder (meter out) to control the speed of air-powered equipment.     Parker Modular Compressed Air Regulators

    Adjust and maintain the pressure of your compressed air. These regulators connect to other Parker units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately), so you can customize your air preparation system. All are relieving style, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after filters.

    P33 Series

    Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.
    Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect these regulators to other Parker modular components with the same series number, even if the pipe sizes are slightly different. They create compact, airtight connections that are easy to swap out. All joiner clamps come with mounting brackets, except those for P3Y series regulators.

    Precision-Adjust Air Flow Control Valves

    A fine-adjustment dial allows tighter control of airflow and cylinder speed than with other flow control valves. These valves control the speed of air-powered equipment by adjusting the volume of airflow. They control flow in one direction as air moves from the inlet to the outlet. Air flows freely in the opposite direction. The elbow shape allows you to mount them directly to cylinder ports, eliminating additional tubing or piping between the cylinder and valve for better control and consistency than inline valves.
    Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow can pass through a valve. When selecting between valves with the same port size, choose the valve with the higher flow coefficient to ensure it provides enough airflow to operate your system.

    Valves with push-to-connect ports are for use with plastic or soft metal tubing. Insert tubing into the port.
