    Check your indoor air quality (IAQ) by measuring the amount of particles present. These counters are often used to monitor dust levels in workshops, check for particles in classrooms, and measure filter efficiency in HVAC systems. The sensor probe detects and identifies particles of six different sizes, helping you confirm that your clean room complies with ISO Class requirements. First, use the zero count filter to establish a baseline before taking a sample. Then, either measure the amount of air particles detected within a set time range or the amount of air particles detected within a certain air volume. Counters store up to 10,000 readings in their internal memory, and you can transfer data to your computer via Ethernet or USB connection—no special software required. Compact, lightweight, and battery powered, these counters are portable and able to operate in tight spaces. They’re CE marked as compliant with European health, safety, and environmental standards.

Pour your liquid into a tall container and immerse the density meter into the liquid until it floats. Take the reading where the surface of the liquid touches the measurement unit on the meter.     Test temperature, chemical concentration, contamination, and salt levels in liquid from up to 6 ft. away, then send the results to your computer for analysis. These meters include a USB cable that transfers up to 1,000 readings. Often used to test water quality, they work on both clean and dirty liquids—from tap water to wastewater. Conductivity tests measure the concentration of salts, nutrients, chemicals, and other substances. Total dissolved solids (TDS) tests report contaminant levels. Salinity tests determine the salt levels in liquid. The sensor is made of stainless steel, so it’s durable and resists breaking. IP67 rated, these meters are dust tight and withstand temporary submersion.
    To prevent inaccurate results from changing temperatures, these meters automatically standardize temperature readings at 77° F. Temperature readings appear on screen with other measurements, so you won’t have to scroll through multiple screens. A data hold function freezes the current reading on the display.
    To maintain accuracy of the meters, they come with calibration solutions and have a calibration button.

    Accurately measure the density and concentration of liquids—from salt water to battery acid—no calculating or reading scales required. These meters show readings immediately on their digital display. They only require 2 mL of liquid, less than half of a teaspoon, to take precise measurements. Switch between Specific Gravity, Brix, and other measurement units depending on your sample. These meters have an RFID interface, so you can quickly scan sample IDs on containers to identify liquids. They also have Bluetooth to send data wirelessly to your PC or printer. Store up to 1,200 readings, including sample IDs and time stamps, in their memory.
    To measure liquids, these meters come with a filling tube and multiple syringes. Dip the filling tube directly into your sample to draw up liquid, or use a syringe to transfer your sample to the meter.
    Designed for the field, these meters are IP54 rated, so they stand up to dust and splashing water.

    Often used to save rinse water in beverage and pharmaceutical lines, these sensors test the amount of chemicals, cleaners, and other substances in liquids by measuring how well the liquid conducts electricity. They’re 3-A and European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) certified, thanks to their design that’s easy to keep clean. Highly polished, they limit where bacteria could grow. They also withstand washdowns with hot water, chemicals, and cleaners common to sanitary lines because of their PEEK probe, stainless steel body, and IP ratings. Their IP ratings also mean they’re dust tight and won’t fail if briefly under water. All are FDA compliant to safely touch food.
    These sensors work with 4-20 mA analog output to connect to remote displays and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), making them good for hard-to-reach areas and frequent application changes. This also means they’ll set off alarms and trigger cycles to start and stop in automated systems. With the touchscreen, program each color of the display to alert you to errors, completed cycles, and other events. Both the head and the display rotate to view readings from the best angle.
    Highly accurate, these sensors test almost any liquid. They also measure temperature—no need for a separate sensor. To compare readings as temperature changes, they automatically standardize readings at 77° F. All meet European safety standards, since they’re CE marked.

    Accurately measure the density of a liquid based on volume and weight. Also known as pycnometers, these flasks help you compare the specific gravity of a liquid to water. They’re often used for quality control in labs for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing. Made from borosilicate glass, these flasks resist chemicals and won’t expand or contract from temperature changes. Use the included non-mercury thermometer to check the temperature of your sample—it's tested for accuracy, has small increments for precision, and is safe for shipping and handling.
