Permanently Lubricated Washdown Mounted Ball Bearings with Four-Bolt Flange
Made to withstand frequent washdowns, these bearings are permanently lubricated, which means you’ll never have to add lubricant. Use them in hard-to-reach areas in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical plants. With a 316 stainless steel housing, these bearings won’t rust from salt water, chlorine, or chemicals. All are lubricated with NSF registered H1 grease, which is certified for incidental contact with food.
Concentric-lock bearings have a collar that centers and secures the shaft in the bearing bore. To install, tighten the single screw on the collar around its inner ring on your shaft. These bearings have a secure grip on the shaft that reduces vibration and noise.

Mounted Ball Bearings with Four-Bolt Flange
Bearings are self-aligning to compensate for shaft misalignment. Seals block out dust and contaminants.
Concentric lock bearings enable high running speeds while maintaining low levels of vibration; you must pair them with an adapter sleeve (sold separately). They’re good for applications where shafts rotate in both directions.

Compact-Base Mounted Ball Bearings
Also known as tapped-base bearings, these ball bearings mount to surfaces from the bottom through threaded holes. Because of their narrow profile, they’re commonly used in tight-clearance spaces, including systems where multiple shafts are mounted close together.
Set screw shaft-mount bearings secure to shafts when you tighten the set screw, with no need for an additional collar. Set screws cause some amount of marring on shafts.
Concentric lock shaft-mount bearings have a locking collar that centers and secures the shaft in the bearing bore. To install these bearings, tighten the single screw on the locking collar around its inner ring on your shaft. Their firm grip on shafts reduces vibration for quieter operation.

Permanently Lubricated Washdown Compact-Base Mounted Ball Bearings
These bearings are rated IP69K as able to withstand washdown environments such as food, pharmaceutical, and chemical plants. Their fluoropolymer-coated housing is as corrosion resistant as 304 steel and safe for contact with food. The lubrication is NSF registered H1 for incidental contact with food. Because they’re permanently lubricated, these bearings are good for use in hard-to-reach areas or spaces that don’t receive regular maintenance. Also known as tapped base mounted ball bearings, they have threaded holes for fastening through the bottom to secure shafts in tight spaces. Having no mounting bolts on top makes them easier to clean, as well.

Snap optional covers onto bearings to shield them from moisture. Made of polypropylene, they resist corrosion, won’t absorb water, and are FDA compliant.
Polymer-coated cast iron bearings are also known as tapped-base mounted ball bearings. They require access to the underside of the mounting surface.
Concentric lock bearings have a locking collar to center shafts and secure them better than set screw bearings, so there’s less vibration and noise. To install them, tighten the locking collar’s screw so it grips the inner ring.
