    Strong-Grip Pipe Insulation Tapes

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Pipe Insulation. Strong-Grip Pipe Insulation Tapes.
Seal joints and gaps in your line in seconds. This tape wraps around irregular shapes, tight bends, small-diameter pipes, and other hard-to-reach areas where you need a quick fix.
Vinyl Foam with Foil Jacket—Prevent condensation from forming. The foil jacket repels moisture while also shielding pipes from dirt, dust, and minor scuffs.
Butyl—Flexible enough to wrap around pipe without tearing or cracking.
Buna-N/Neoprene/Vinyl Foam—This combination repels moisture to prevent condensation, drip formation, and mold growth.
Cork Rubber—A layer of cork resists oil, reduces vibration, and dampens sound.

Keep liquid in your pipes from freezing, maintain a specific viscosity, and prevent condensation in cold areas. Also known as heat blankets, these heaters wrap around your pipe to quickly warm the contents without direct contact. Do not use in hazardous areas.
With Self-Regulating Temp. Control—These heaters are self-regulating, so they automatically adjust their heat output to account for temperature differences along the length of the heater. They output high heat for sections of pipe exposed to the cold, and low heat for a section that’s in a warmer spot. There’s no need for a separate temperature switch or controller; just plug them in and they start heating.
Foam—Their foam insulation retains heat, so your pipes will stay warm even in drafty areas.

Also known as heat blankets, these heaters wrap around your hose to warm the contents quickly without direct contact. Do not use these heaters near combustible gases or dust.

Heaters with an adjustable thermostat let you fine-tune the heat output, so they’re best if there are surrounding temperature changes or you want the liquid in your line to be at a certain temperature. For instance, if a liquid needs to be at a certain temperature to mix well, you can adjust the heat output on the digital keypad as needed. These heaters automatically turn on or off to keep your hose consistently warm.
Fiberglass—Heaters are insulated with fiberglass, so they retain heat even in unheated and drafty areas.

Heaters with self-regulating temperature control work well when all you need is freeze protection and to prevent condensation. Just plug them in and they start heating—no fussing with a thermostat or temperature controller. They automatically adjust the heat output to account for temperature differences along the length of the heater. For instance, if a hose runs both indoors and outdoors in the winter, these heaters will output high heat to the section that runs outdoors and less heat to the section that runs indoors.
Fiberglass—Heaters are insulated with fiberglass, so they retain heat even in unheated and drafty areas.
