Move delicate items, such as glass and painted parts, through your facility without scratching or denting them. Made of PVC, the rollers on these conveyors are softer and quieter than those on metal conveyors. However, they’re not as strong, so you should avoid moving heavy or sharp objects that could damage them. They convey objects with either flat or uneven bottoms, such as boxes or shipping tubes.

These conveyors don’t run on electricity, so their rollers require momentum from gravity, a push, or a different power source to move. Since they’re not wired, they’re quick to set up and easy to maintain. This makes them handy if another conveyor unexpectedly shuts down or you need to extend an existing line in a pinch.

Push glass, painted objects, and other delicate material from one workstation to the next. These conveyors rest on a flat surface instead of a stand, and they have PVC rollers that won’t mark or dent your material. They have two sets of axle holes for the rollers, so you can position the conveying surface _1/8" above the frame or _3/4" below. The frame serves as a guide rail when rollers are mounted below it.
