Cool the contents of your pail, drum, or tote from the outside. Since they cool from the outside, there's no risk of introducing contaminants to your material. These coolers are often used to stabilize solutions or keep liquids from evaporating. Connect them to a chiller or water source to circulate cold liquid around your container. Secure them with elastic straps. When they’re filled, these coolers conform to the surface of a container, eliminating air pockets to cool evenly. A layer of insulation locks in the cold and reduces condensation. As liquid flows out of these coolers, you can channel it back into your chiller or empty it into a drain.
You can also use these coolers to keep material warm—they circulate fluid up to 120° F. When using them at temperatures above 45° F, fill with water only.

    Leather Blanket

Blankets that protect against sparks are often used for small welding jobs.
Fiberglass—Fiberglass blankets are the most common choice for standard duty welding. They’re often used to insulate welded parts, such as pipes, to prevent cracking during cooling.
Leather—Leather blankets are the most abrasion resistant—they’ll last for years. Softer than fiberglass blankets, they won’t shed fibers or scratch hardware. However, they aren’t as heat resistant as other blankets.

Blankets that protect against sparks and welding spatter stand up better to regular use and larger welding jobs than leather and uncoated fiberglass blankets do. Sealed with a coating, they shed less than regular fiberglass blankets.

Blankets that protect against sparks, welding spatter, and molten metal splash resist heat up to 1800° F, enough to protect you from heavy sparks and molten metal during MIG or stick welding.
Carbon Fiber—Carbon fiber blankets are lightweight and soft—they’re less irritating than fiberglass blankets, so you can throw them over your arm without thinking twice. Since they have a tendency to catch metal shards, don’t use them during grinding.
Silica Fabric—Silica fabric blankets are stiff and thick, so they stand up to heavy sparks and slag. Even when the blankets are laid flat on the floor, landing sparks won’t burn through them.

    Crystals

Stay cool in the sun and keep sweat out of your eyes. These bandanas are made of 100% cotton so they’re breathable and absorbent. It also means they're comfortable yet durable enough for everyday wear.
Cotton Fabric with Polymer Crystals—Soak bandanas with polymer cooling crystals in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then the crystals will relieve heat for hours through evaporation. They absorb the water and as it slowly evaporates it cools your skin and lowers your body temperature.

Drape or wrap towels around your body to cool you down. Run under cold water for 2-5 minutes, and these evaporative fabric towels keep you cool for hours. As you move, airflow will create a cool, damp sensation that helps protect you from heat stress.
PVA Fabric—Provide the longest lasting cool relief, up to four hours. Soft and flexible when wet, these towels stiffen like sponges when dry.
Microfiber—Provide cool relief for up to two hours. These towels also protect your skin from the sun, with a UPF of 50. Unlike PVA towels, these stay soft when dry. They can also be used for cleaning and wiping.
Microfiber/PVA Fabric—Combine the long lasting cooling of PVA fabric with the versatility of microfiber towels. The PVA fabric center provides cool relief for up to three hours, while the soft microfiber ends easily absorb sweat.

Quickly smother flames to protect people and equipment from burn damage. These blankets come in a clearly labeled pouch with grommets to hang them. Store them prominently in your facility to make them easy to find in an emergency. Even if they go unused for years, they won’t lose their ability to stifle flames and won’t shed fiber or irritate skin.
40" Wide—40″ × 40″ blankets are sized for small fires that may break out on a stove or in your workspace. Just pull down on the pouch’s tabs to release the blanket.
5 ft. Wide—5 ft. × 6 ft. blankets are large enough to extinguish flames when a person or their clothing has caught fire.

    High-Visibility Cooling Vests

    Style A

    Style B

Keep cool and be seen—these vests protect you from the heat and help you stand out when visibility is low.
Style A—Style A vests hold water that slowly evaporates to keep you cool for up to four hours. Soak them in cold water for a few minutes, and polymer crystals in the fabric will absorb large amounts of water. As you move, airflow creates a cool, damp sensation to lower your body temperature. A polyester/nylon shell won’t weigh you down, and a mesh bottom helps with ventilation.
Style B—Style B vests hold cooling packs that stay at 58° F for up to three hours. You can use these both indoors and outdoors as they don’t require airflow to cool you down. Their polyester exterior helps keep water out while a cotton liner has a thermal layer to keep you cool. They come with an insulated cooler bag to keep packs cold before use. To keep cool for longer, keep replacement cooling packs on hand.
ANSI/ISEA 107—Vests meet ANSI/ISEA 107, so they've passed tests for visibility at high speeds and distances. That means you'll be seen by fast-moving vehicles or from across the shop floor.

Prevent sunburn and heat stress. These neck gaiters stop 98% of the sun’s rays from hitting your face and neck. Since they prevent bacteria growth from sweat, they won’t smell. To cool yourself off, wet them with cold water and airflow will create a cool, damp feeling.
Cooling Pack—Neck gaiters with a cooling pack are the best choice for stagnant, indoor environments. The reusable cooling pack stays 64° F for up to 2 hours, no airflow required. Just chill it in ice water, a fridge, or near an air conditioner before use.
Polyester/Spandex Fabric—Made of a polyester and spandex fabric, they’re soft and stretchy yet breathable. They’ll also wick sweat away—you can even wear them as a sweatband.

    Style C

Stay safe when it’s hot—these vests cool down your core to protect you in extreme heat.
Style A—Style A vests soak up water that slowly evaporates to keep you cool for up to four hours. Soak them in cold water for a few minutes, and polymer crystals in the fabric will absorb large amounts of water. As you move, airflow creates a cool, damp sensation to lower your body temperature. Lightweight and flexible, these vests are made of nylon, with a mesh bottom to help with ventilation.
Style B—Style B vests hold water in a reservoir, which slowly evaporates to cool you down. Though they don't get as cold as other options, they last much longer, keeping you cool all day. Plus, you'll only need to refill the reservoir every three days. The most durable option, they have a rigid polyurethane shell, with a nylon liner for comfort. These vests have elastic hook and loop straps, making them the most adjustable style.
Style C—Style C vests have cooling packs that stay at 64° F for up to two hours. They don’t require airflow to cool you down, so you can wear them indoors as well as outdoors. Rechill the cooling packs in a freezer, fridge, or even in front of an air conditioner. To keep cool for longer, keep replacement cooling packs on hand.
