Heat Sinks for Water

A fan cools water as it moves through the tubes to dissipate heat. These heat sinks have flanges with mounting slots for installation in frames and cabinets. Overall height, width, and depth do not include tube ends.
Heat sinks with 316 stainless steel tubes have excellent corrosion resistance to withstand deionized water and other corrosive liquid.

Heat Sinks for Oil
Dozens of fins and coolant tubes quickly dissipate excess heat. Also known as oil coolers, these heat sinks cool hydraulic fluid and lubricating oil in cylinders and compressors. Cooling and flow capacities are based on 50 SSU oil, 1,000 feet per minute of air, a 50° F initial temperature difference, and a 10 psi pressure drop.
Mounting kits (sold separately) are required for installation.

Cold Plates

Connect these plates to cold liquid lines in process chillers and liquid-to-air cooling systems to cool equipment through direct contact. All have U-shaped tubes that pass through a thermally conductive aluminum plate. Drill or tap the plate for mounting.
Cold plates with 316 stainless steel tubes can stand up to corrosive liquid and deionized water.

Cleaned and Capped Copper Tubing

- Temperature Range: 32° to 400° F
- Bending Method: Tube Bender
- Compatible Tube Fittings: Compression and Solder Connect
This tubing comes cleaned and capped to prevent moisture and dirt from contaminating the inside. It is also known as refrigeration and air conditioning tubing. Tubing has good corrosion resistance and excellent heat transfer qualities. It is seamless, which provides a smooth interior for unrestricted flow. It can be flared without splitting.
Note: Copper tube size is an accepted industry designation, not an actual size.

Precision Steel Tubing

- Temperature Range: -40° to 250° F
- Bending Method: Tube Bender
- Compatible Tube Fittings: Compression
With the lowest OD tolerance of all our steel tubing, this tubing is designed for precision applications. Also known as Bundyweld tubing, it is plated with copper and rolled into a tube, then the copper is melted to form a strong cohesive bond. For added corrosion resistance, tubing is finished with a coat of aluminum-based paint or zinc.
