    Corner

    Fabricate frames, supports, and protective edges in highly corrosive environments. One of the most corrosion-resistant types of stainless steel, 316 stands up to the harshest chemicals, including bleach, chlorine, and phosphoric acid. It’s a step up from 304, which has similar strength and temperature performance. Use it in a variety of marine and chemical-processing applications. It maintains its corrosion resistance in temperatures up to 1500° F.
    316/316L Stainless Steel—Dual certified to meet both 316 and 316L requirements. The low carbon content makes this stainless steel easy to weld while maintaining strength and corrosion resistance.
    316L Stainless Steel—This stainless steel contains less carbon than standard 316 for better weldability while retaining corrosion resistance. It's slightly less strong than 316.

    Kick plates prolong the life of doors by shielding them from scratches, dings, and marks in high-traffic areas. They also keep moisture from damaging the base of doors in facilities that require frequent mopping and cleaning. Our kick plates are tested with salt spray to meet ANSI A156.6 requirements for strength, appearance, and durability. They stay looking like new, even when installed outdoors in humid or wet environments.

    Mount with the included self-drilling screws and skip drilling a hole. The screws match the finish of the plates and sit flush to create a clean, smooth look.
    316 Stainless Steel—The most corrosion-resistant kick plates we offer. These won’t corrode when exposed to deicing salts used on sidewalks or harsh chemicals used to sanitize medical and pharmaceutical settings.
    Width—Select a kick plate 2" narrower than your door to prevent obstructions when opening and closing it.
    Height—Kick plates 34" to 46" in height guard against damage from carts or dollies better than shorter plates.
