Threaded Hose Fittings for Compressed Gas
Use these fittings to connect welding hose to pressure regulators and torches. They are also known as CGA (Compressed Gas Association) fittings. Fittings are brass for good corrosion resistance.
Fittings with left-hand threads are identified with a notch in the nut.
Note: Fittings have a CGA number that corresponds to a specific type of gas. Choose a fitting with the same CGA number as your tank and other system components.

Nuts for Barbed Hose Fittings for Compressed Gas
Also known as CGA (Compressed Gas Association) nuts, these are designed for low-pressure welding applications downstream of your tank and pressure regulator. Slide a barbed hose adapter for compressed gas into a male or female nut to make a threaded connection to torches or pressure regulators.
Nuts with left-hand threads are identified with a notch.

Barbed Hose Fittings for Compressed Gas
Commonly used in low-pressure welding applications, these fittings connect downstream of your tank and pressure regulator. Slide the barbed end into rubber hose and secure with a crimp-on hose ferrule. Fittings are brass for good corrosion resistance.
Adapters let you adapt to a threaded end so you can connect welding hose to torches or pressure regulators. They consist of a barbed shaft with a rounded end that sits inside a threaded CGA nut (sold separately) so you can make a threaded hose connection. Adapters with a spiral barbed end twist into hose for an easier installation than adapters with a standard barb.

Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Compressed Gas
Use these couplings to quickly link and unlink welding hoses, torches, and pressure regulators. They consist of a plug and socket that are sold together as a set of two—you’ll get one right-hand connection for oxygen and one left-hand connection for fuel gas. The connections are noninterchangeable and color coded so you can’t mix lines. The male threaded ends attach to threaded welding hose, and the female threaded ends attach to a torch or pressure regulator. To connect couplings, push the plug into the socket; the sleeve on the socket has a spring-loaded lock for gas-tight connections. To disconnect, pull back on the socket sleeve and twist to release the plug. The sockets have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated so gas won’t leak from the line. The sockets also have a built-in check valve to prevent gas backflow. Couplings are also known as CGA (Compressed Gas Association) couplings. They are brass for good corrosion resistance.
Couplings with left-hand threads are identified with a notch in the nut.
Note: Couplings have a CGA number that corresponds to a specific type of gas. Make sure the CGA number of the coupling matches the CGA number of your tank and other system components.

Nuts for High-Pressure Nipples for Compressed Gas
Slide a high-pressure hose nipple for compressed gas into one of these nuts to connect a pipe to the inlet of a pressure regulator. They are also known as CGA (Compressed Gas Association) nuts and inlet nuts.
Brass nuts have good corrosion resistance and are softer than 316 stainless steel nuts, so they're easier to thread together. Chrome-plated brass nuts have comparable corrosion and wear resistance to aluminum-plated brass nuts, and have a bright, shiny appearance.
Nuts with a plastic grip can be tightened by hand instead of with a wrench.
Nuts with left-hand threads are identified with a notch.
Note: Nuts have a CGA, BS, or DIN number that corresponds to a specific type of gas. Choose a nut with the same number as your tank and other system components.

High-Pressure Threaded Fittings for Compressed Gas
Designed to handle high-pressure welding applications, these fittings are commonly used to connect pressure regulators to compressed gas tanks or cylinders. Fittings are also known as CGA (Compressed Gas Association) fittings. They are brass for good corrosion resistance.
Fittings with left-hand threads are identified with a notch in the nut.
Note: Fittings have a CGA number that corresponds to a specific type of gas. Choose a fitting with the same CGA number as your tank and other system components.

Vibration-Resistant Compression Fittings for Stainless Steel Tubing
- For Use With: Acetylene, Air, Butane, Compressed Air, Cutting Oil, Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Helium, Hydraulic Fluid (Petroleum Base), Kerosene, Mineral Oil, Natural Gas, Nitrogen, Propane, Soap Solutions
- Temperature Range: -10° to 400° F
- Tubing: Use with seamless 316Ti or 321 stainless steel
- Specifications Met: DIN 3861
Instead of a metal sleeve (ferrule), these fittings have a rubber sleeve that cushions tubing and absorbs vibration to maintain a tight seal, even when connected to large pumps. However, rubber sleeves can’t withstand temperatures as high as metal ones. To create the strong seal, tighten the included nut. These fittings are made of 316 stainless steel, so they have excellent corrosion resistance. They’re also known as flareless fittings. All meet DIN 3861, which is an international standard for compression tube fitting specifications.
BSPP and metric male threads have a gasket to prevent leaks.
