Coveralls provide full body protection against dirt and grime. They have a zipper down the front.
Polypropylene Fabric—Polypropylene fabric offers economical protection in environments where liquid splashes and abrasion resistance are not a concern.
Polyethylene/Tyvek Fabric—Polyethylene/Tyvek fabric provides better tear and abrasion resistance than polypropylene and coated polypropylene fabric. It holds up to occasional contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray. It is made of heat- and pressure-bonded fibers for a material that’s soft yet strong.
Kleenguard Polypropylene Fabric—Kleenguard polypropylene fabric is made of five layers of nonwoven fabric, so it is more abrasion resistant and harder to tear than polypropylene, coated polypropylene, and polyethylene/Tyvek fabric. It holds up to occasional contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray. The material is antistatic, so it protects sensitive equipment from electrostatic discharge.
ComforMax/Polyester Fabric—ComforMax/polyester fabric is a specially treated wood pulp and fabric blend material that repels liquids, including blood and other bodily fluids. It has good tear resistance and offers some breathability.
Polyethylene Coating and Polyolefin Coating—Coated polypropylene fabric protects against nonhazardous liquid spills and splashes, such as water and paint spray. It has good tear resistance.
Open Cuff—Open cuffs provide better airflow than elastic cuffs.
Elastic Cuff—Elastic cuffs help keep dirt and grime out better than open cuffs.
For Solid Particles—Polypropylene for solid particles filters out microscopic material such as silica dust. Made of a laminated nonwoven fabric, it protects your skin with filtration similar to an N95 respirator. Durable and breathable, you can wear these all day and stay cool.
Vented Panel—Coveralls with a vented panel allow heat and moisture to escape.
XL—Size XL coveralls are suitable for wearers 5'7" to 6'2" tall between 150 to 220 lb.
Clothing Size—Use the provided measurements for general guidance. When choosing a size, consider individual body shape and clothing worn underneath.

Rain, rain, you can stay—these two-piece suits will keep your entire body dry in wet conditions. All suits include a hooded jacket and pants or bib overalls.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these suits.
Bib Overalls—Suits with bib overalls have adjustable suspenders, so you can modify the length.
Pants—Suits with pants have an elastic waist and are easier to pull on over other clothing compared to bib overalls.
Nylon Coating—Nylon-coated polyester suits are made with breathable fabric, so you’ll stay dry without getting sweaty. They’re also tear resistant and washable, so they’re good for long-term use.
PVC Coating—PVC-coated polyester suits are a good option for long-term use since they resist oil and tearing. They're also washable and won't grow mildew between cleanings.
PVC—PVC suits are thin and lightweight. Wear them once and then throw them away. They have two waist pockets and a detachable hood.
ANSI/ISEA 107—These suits meet ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 standards, so they make you visible from at least 1/4 of a mile away on wet roadways and in your facility during washdowns. You must pair the jacket with pants or overalls to meet this standard.
Yellow—These rain suits are bright yellow with reflective stripes to help you stand out when working in risky areas with low visibility.

    Clean Room Coveralls

Image of Product. Front orientation. Coveralls. Clean Room Coveralls.
Keep clean rooms free from contaminants—these coveralls act as a full-body barrier between you and the room to keep dust, microbes, and other pollutants at bay. They’re suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. In both systems, clean rooms with lower class ratings have fewer contaminants. Reusable when washed according to clean room standards, these coveralls can last up to 100 washes. Wash them according to clean room standards before you wear them the first time.
Carbon Fiber/Polyester Fabric—Carbon/polyester fabric discharges static electricity to protect sensitive electronic equipment, such as semiconductors and healthcare devices. Conductive threads and grounding tape run throughout the coveralls to control static charge.
Polyester Fabric—Polyester fabric resists abrasions and liquid splashes. Knit cuffs keep the sleeves in place at the wrists to prevent any liquids from splashing in. Modify the fit with snaps at the pant cuffs.
XL—Size XL coveralls are suitable for wearers 5'7" to 6'2" tall between 150 to 220 lb.
Clothing Size—Use the provided measurements for general guidance. When choosing a size, consider individual body shape and clothing worn underneath.

Keep your torso and lower body dry without restricting movement. These overalls are often used in wet weather or washdown applications. Made with polyester fabric, they are tear resistant and washable. The adjustable suspenders let you modify the length. To keep small items dry, they have an inner chest pocket that zips shut.
Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these overalls.
PVC Coating—PVC-coated overalls are more wear resistant than polyurethane-coated overalls. For extra durability, these overalls have reinforced seams. They also resist oil and mildew. The open cuffs will fit over bulky boots to keep your ankles dry.
Polyurethane Plastic Coating—Polyurethane-coated overalls are lightweight and stretchy, so they will flex and move more than PVC-coated overalls. The zippered cuffs make it easy to put boots on, then zip the opening shut to create a snug fit and keep water out. These overalls are fluorescent yellow and have reflective stripes to make you stand out when visibility is low. They meet Class E ANSI/ISEA 107 standards, so you’ll be seen from across shop floors or around moving vehicles. If you need to meet Class 3 visibility requirements, pair them with a Class 2 or Class 3 vest, shirt, or jacket—this combination keeps you seen from 1/4 of a mile away.

Withstand flash fire for up to 8 seconds—the clothes in these kits can protect you for twice as long as most flame-resistant clothing. Made of rayon/aramid, the coveralls and mask absorb moisture to keep you cool and comfortable.
The coveralls have a 10 ft. Kevlar strap, so nearby teammates can pull you to safety without putting themselves at risk if there’s a fire. The reflective stripes keep you easy to see where there's low visibility. The zipper closure on the front is covered by a hook-and-loop flap so it doesn't scrape equipment or get hot. The legs have zippers on the sides as well, so you can fit them over bulky boots. Tighten the hook and loop straps on the bottom of the pants to keep flames out. The sleeves have cuffs with thumb holes to keep the sleeves in place and prevent flames from sneaking in. When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. These overalls resist flames and wick moisture to keep you cool and protected from torso to toe. Made of Kevlar/PBI fabric, they reflect radiant heat and protect you from sparks and molten metal. The fabric is lighter than other aluminized clothing fabrics, but still offers excellent abrasion resistance. These overalls are often used in steel mills and glass plants.
You can adjust the flame-resistant hook and loop straps on the cuffs at the bottom of the pants and on the waistband. This prevents hot particles from sneaking in and touching your skin. The suspenders are also adjustable.

    Welding Bib Overalls

Made of flame-resistant cotton, these overalls shield your torso and legs when welding or working near sparks. They're covered in leather from chest to knees for added protection from heat and cuts. These overalls have elastic in the waist and suspenders, so you can bend and reach without restriction. Zippers at the bottom of each pant leg make it easy to slip them over your boots. To keep sparks from reaching your skin, use the hook and loop strips to secure the cuffs tight around your ankles. Swiftly remove these overalls with quick-release buckles on the suspenders.
Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these overalls.

Shield your body from chemical and electrical hazards. These coveralls meet NFPA 1992 to resist 70 different chemicals and NFPA 2112 and 70E for protection against flames and arc flashes. Made of nomex fabric, they’re durable and breathable to keep you comfortable. Sealed seams and a flap over the zipper stop chemicals from reaching your skin.
Check the personal protective equipment (PPE) category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace and select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet that rating. These coveralls are rated Category 2, the most common arc flash rating for industrial applications.
All coveralls have an inseam length of 31".
Chest Size—When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls.

These overalls meet NFPA 70E for protection against flames and electrical arc flashes. They’re adjustable for a snug fit that shields skin from hazards while keeping you mobile—tighten and loosen the suspenders and secure cuffs around boots with hook and loop straps. Choose a bib overall that meets the arc rated personal protective equipment (PPE) category required by your workplace. The higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance.
Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these overalls.
Cotton/Nylon Fabric—Cotton/nylon overalls are rated Category 2 for protection against arc flashes, which is the most common rating for standard industrial applications. They are soft yet wear resistant, so they’re more breathable than modacrylic/aramid overalls. A water-resistant coating on these overalls keeps you dry. They have leg zippers, making it easy to pull the overalls over bulky boots. With hip slits on both sides, you can reach through to your pants pockets.
Aramid/Modacrylic Fabric—Aramid/Modacrylic overalls are rated Category 4 to provide the highest level of protection from arc flashes. Made from the same material as the outer layer of a firefighter’s jacket, these overalls are extremely durable.
