Replacements for CPVC Y-strainers, these perforated screens have _1/32" perforations that catch debris while maintaining good flow. CPVC resists corrosion from aggressive chemicals and handles higher temperatures than standard PVC, making the screens well suited for hot-water and chemical-processing lines. To find the correct replacement, measure the OD and length of your current screen and match it to the table.

Made of CPVC, these basket strainers can handle higher temperatures than PVC and polyester. They are lightweight with excellent corrosion resistance. Commonly used in high-flow industrial processes, basket strainers hold more debris than all of our other strainers. Use them to capture particles before they can damage sensitive equipment in your pipeline.

Strainers have two outlets for installation in inline or parallel pipe connections and a threaded drain with a plug for easy cleaning. They come with two sets of union adapters that allow easy access to your line: one with threaded pipe connections and one with socket-connect pipe connections. The socket-connect pipe connections attach to unthreaded pipe with cement for a permanent, leak-tight connection.
